Yup, you are correct. Last year within 6 feet their defensive FG% was almost identical (54%). Interesting to note that Harkless was 52% and Zach lead the league (players more than 23 games played) with 47%. A. Davis was 51% and Gobert was 52%. I wonder what would happen to Collins numbers if he played more center.

Also keep an eye on the FGA. Nurk's defensive usage (if there is such a thing) was also among the tops in the league. It's a wonder he wasn't in even more foul trouble with our guards' inability to keep anyone in front of them. He was the direct reason why our defense improved so much last year.

But Rudy Gay could probably be had for the tax MLE.

He just declined $7.9M second season offer from Spurs. Unless we offer him tax exception for three years ($16M) he’s not coming.

I like Bjelica as a target but he will get full MLE from someone and Timberwolves might even match that (he’s a better fit next to Towns than Gibson these days).

The problem with the MLE is that all the other playoff teams have the same tool. I highly doubt we’re getting anyone with it unless we use it to overpay someone that doesn’t deserve it, like a Vince carter. That better not happen.

Tyreke, (I refereed him) is the one I like. He could play SF and a bit of point.

I mean, we could end up trading Nurk if he did do the whole QO route. I’ve mentioned a Nurk, Turner, and Biggie for Whiteside and Winslow type deal. Which I may be in favor of if we can’t get a long term deal with Nurk.

Whiteside is my center on 2K (fantasy draft lol) he sets way better screens than Nurk, rebounds better and actually dunks...

The first thing that stands out about Nunnally is his NBA body, which is comparable to Nicolas Batum’s. Nunnally is 6-foot-7 and weighs 200-pounds and Batum is 6-foot-8 and also weights 200-pounds. Nunnally’s official wingspan was unavailable online, but you’ll see in the coming clips that it’s impressive and, once again, comparable to Batum.

Nunnally’s body is a huge asset for him, especially on the defensive end, where he’s been impressive in his two seasons with Fenerbahce. His athleticism, size and length give even the best European scorers problems and would likely transition well to the NBA game.

Nunnally’s length allows him to be disruptive in the passing lane, and make the occasional block

I watched him play, great shooter. Doesn't hurt to give it a try and maybe sign him with the minimum.

They PAID him like the man. Not much they can do about that now. If it wasn’t for that contract he’d probably be elsewhere

He's also reminisced openly about if he was still in Portland and how he would love to be playing with Dame and CJ. I'd love if we could get him. He was always a great team player and he could do a bit of everything.

I think he can start at SF and we can stagger him along with one of Dame/CJ the rest of the game. Think Indy will pay him top $ though so he might have priced himself out.

The exception would be the "minimum salary exception", most likely. Pat signed one that was 3years @ minimum each year (came to 2.2M total, iirc)
