Kind of agree with Rasta horseshit comment. Good players aren't so fragile that they are broken long term from these things.Court time with Ant is counterproductive (for players like Sharpe and Scoot). Actively harmful. That's been my stance the entire time. I specifically said these two guys were going to have confidence and consistency issues if we didn't get Ant out of their way immediately.
I hope they're able to come back from it. They both have the size, athleticism, and ample skill to be stars in this league.
I hope we didn't fuck that up.
Sure the Blazers can do small things well to help a little or delay a little a players development. The vast majority of players performance purely comes down to the individual player.
Jermaine O'Neal was stuck on the deep bench for years then was an all-star. I don't believe him getting PT at a young age on a crap team would've made his prime any better.
