Theres no point to even try to win and miss the playoffs and end up with a 12-14 pick. I say they continue to play lazy the way they are and hopefully end up with a 7-10 pick. Hope the Mavs make the playoffs with a low seed and we can get a 18-22 pick. Carter must go, RJ must go, Krstic must go. Heres to hoping we draft a young athletic rebounding bruiser and a scoring swingman in next years draft.
 
Tanking is awful. The mere idea of it makes me sick.
 
we're not even tanking, we're just a bad team that tries hard but isnt good
 
Meh, what ever they wanna call it. Heres hoping for some "competitive" games but losing in the end.
 
I don't watch college ball, so can you tell me something about these guys and chances of them falling to us:

Darrell Arthur

Jason Thompson

DJ White

Blake Griffin

Marreese Speights
 
we dont need dj white, darrell arthur may not come out this year, blake griffen is a lotto pick but we dont really need him either. again, we need a shooter, chase budinger tops that list

The funny part is that we aren't in tank mode but someone we play like it.

couldn't agree more. These are professionals, who should come out and want to win every day. This isn't grammar school.

Maybe that is the plan. Keep RJ and Vince on so they don't know we are tanking but they really suck that much that we end up doing it anyways.

It means we're not tanking if we're playing our best players.

and that's a SEVERE knee-jerk reaction.
 
Philly is even pulling way ahead of us. New York could even catch up as well which is beyond sad.

Lol ok haha.. i have mixed feelings right now.. i dont want them to tank it.. but lets look at it realistically we are 26-35 , and we are losing to bad teams,, so what good does it do to make the playoffs and then get swept? wouldnt u rather get a good pick maybe 5-10 pick instead of a 15-20 and get a good young player... and not another a wright? or nenad krstic? come on man this season is lost.. we gotta look ahead..
like they say we lost a fight but not the war my friend!
if we play our cards right in the off season we can become contenders next season again!
But is very important that we have a new coach, either trade carter or rj, or maybe both wouldnt be bad. Krstic boki amrstrong boone they all got to go. and just look ahead and see where it all goes.. maybe we can land an elton brand in the off season? maybe we can land KING JAMES in 2010! .. And thats why we need to look ahead and do whatever leaves us in a flexible position to make good moves in the future. this season is over for the nets, they should just let the youngters play most of the minutes

If 6-5 is undersized for a 2-guard, I don't know what you want.
 
I wouldn't worry about us tanking. I think we'll do a fine job trying and failing.

Wow, how dumb are you? You want to get rid of young talent and try and risk it on a player who has been a cancer in LA, and one that is coming off surgery, where he is not 100%?

Do me a favor go back to family guy, your role there is perfect.

And we anit going to just give up.

Not saying I'm one to want Brand, but how in the hell can you say he is a cancer? The only negative impact he has had while on the Clippers was get injured and have that surgery. Being a cancer to a team means a player causes many problems to the team such as off court misbehavior, complaining which might cause harm to team chemistry, lack of effort on the court, etc.
