Remain ranked ahead of Peyton Manning on MY list when it comes to who I would choose to QB my team when the chips are down.

You can toss in Aaron Rodgers and I won't raise much of a fuss but I still - as of now- prefer Wilson. Rodgers is the better purer passer, but Wilson is a better playmaker and field general IMO......

To be continued further through their careers.
But Tom Brady is currently at the TOP of my list of active QBs....and also very close to the top of my all-time list.

Think Peyton is hurt....he hasn't thrown much the past 6 weeks when Denver dialed up the running game.

Joe Flacco and Andrew Luck stock are rising IMHO.

Peyton may be injured but he needed/needs to "win" a Super Bowl very soon for me to put him near the top of my all-time big game great QBs.

Of course he's a GREAT QB with huge career passing numbers, but I'm talking both great AND playoff/big gamer.
He's just plain and simply come up very small in too many big ones. imo

I like Flacco and Luck - they both have a lot of career left and Luck hasn't exactly lit the world on fire YET in the playoffs.
We'll see, no doubt he is a terrific reg season QB.

Pressure situation, game on the line & he goes 9 for 9 in the 4th quarter basically on one leg. I've gotta go with the front running MVP this year Aaron Rogers.

I think JJ Watt is more deserving with the season he had....

I'm glad I snagged Luck in the 4th round in my fantasy football league this year! (Keeper league)....

Only challenging question is who else do I keep? Currently a 2 player maximum keep although previously 3. According to an ESPN Insider article my brother sent me, my (12 team league) team had 5 of the top 40 players to keep...

#4: Andrew Luck
#5: Antonio Brown
#6: Odell Beckham Jr.
#15: Jimmy Graham
#35: Arian Foster

I plan on trying to get it back to 3 keepers, but...

One has to love J.J. Watt.....

I'd go for Rodgers any day, only IF Montana is NOT Available, and Joe's not, so I'm sticking with the man with the Golden Cannon, with GPS guided bombs, with accuracy range of + or - O.5 inches.......

Beckham & Luck are no brainers.

No doubt, and you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know that much, eh? Luck has had true skills, (and Luck doesn't even figure into Andrew's game. He's been this way since His time at Stanford).....

Beckham, well he's utterly changing the way WR's are even looked at....

2 Can't Lose Picks......

Absolutely! Nailed it rick.

While I would agree, Brown has been extremely consistent all season long and even last season... that was my question more on do I take consistency or go for the HR with Beckham? I'm hoping to be the 1st to repeat as league champion next year... ;)

Seems like Beckham is the consensus which is who I was leaning towards... hopefully it'll be a non issue and I can talk the league commish into having 3 keepers again this year... that would negate the topic. ;)

JJ Watt is a great consistent quick strong fantastic intense football player and a tremendous athlete. Whew.... lol
He's as close to a perfect football player (defensively) as there is.

Rogers is a joy to watch as a passer and great QB.
But.....for now....I'll still go with Wilson over him just because of a couple of little things called a pass rush and escapability.....and don't sell Wilson's accuracy and decision making short especially under pressure, and his arm is certainly strong enough.

If you could pick one QB as of now you would take Wilson over Rodgers? You put Rodgers with that D that Seattle has and it is not even close. Love Wilson but he is not in the same league of what Rodgers is. Dude is a complete dart thrower and can scramble with the best of them if needed.

Hey you're entitled to your opinion but to me there's no way in hell you can put Wilson ahead of Rodgers.

Discount Double Check plus Hans & Frans....Wilson isn't in that league yet.

No, if I could take one QB as of now it would be Brady, as I said in the first post.
And I'm not as sure as you are with Rodgers being able to scramble with the best of them.
I'm well aware of how good Rodgers is.....big classic strong arm QB, throws beautiful spirals, reads defenses and is also no slouch with his feet.

Prime example today. Wilson with one of the most brutal championship games you will ever see. How quickly things can change in the NFL.

Then Green Bay heads for one of the biggest chokes in playoff history. That's why you don't bet this stuff kids.

Quite the choke job by the Packers. That poor guy who muffed the onsides kick must be dying.

That ending made me sick. 19-7 with 3 1/2 to go & Seattle scores 15 points in 44 seconds And it comes down to two plays in the last 2 minutes, the onside kick that went right through the guys hands & allowing the 2 point conversion. Just disgusting. I was looking forward to seeing perhaps the Packers & the Colts.

Take another look at the "brutal" game now that it is completed.
2 of his INTs were deflections off recievers' hands and his final two passes were perfectos.
Did I mention his play for the the 2 pt conversion?
Never mind, WE all saw it.
Par for the course for this great QB Wilson.

Oh, almost forgot, he also ran for a TD which gave him two TDs for the day.
Now tell me how great Rodgers was in this game.

There's more to being a "great QB" than hard pretty spirals.

Lmao

You forgot to mention that Rogers has also played the last 2 games on one leg. And today he looked like he could barely walk.

I'll STILL take Wilson.....as I've said.

When the walls are closing in.....he's at his BEST!
2014 NFL season, Wilson 2, Rodgers 0

And.....of course Rodgers is a great QB.

...wow.

...GB spit the bit twice.

Perfect game winning 35yd TD pass with the Packer DB climbing all over the receiver.
A pass for the ages!

Packers should be thankful their defense played a great first half .
Now they can all take a giant Lambeau Leap.

Wilson was an f'n embarrassment today. If Rogers was healthy, Packers would have won this game by 30. Russell is an average thrower at best. Put him on any other team and he wouldn't even make the playoffs.

So, are you ready to take the Lambeau Leap with the rest of 'em?
Rodgers looked pretty healthy when the Green Shit Pukers were looking good after the first half.
