I actually don't but watching his exit interview made me think he knows he's on the trading block

2. Sign LA to the 5/109, if he doesn't accept/wants the one year LeBron deal, trade him to the highest bidder of his chosen teams.

3. If LA is signed, sign/trade for a defensive center. Tyson Chandler or Roy Hibbert would be ideal.

4. Give Wes a prove it deal, if he doesn't want it, let him walk and go for Danny Green.

5. Try to re-sign RoLo cheap to be backup center, if he doesn't take less or up to 8.5mil let him walk, re-sign Freeland cheap.

6. Sign a backup point guard, preferably someone who can get to the basket/draw fouls and play solid defense.

Things hinge on LMA and whether he leaves for nothing or we might get something in a S&T, so the only thing I am sure of is I want to trade Nic cause I don't think he wants to re-sign here and I want to get some value while we can

I hope we extend him, give him a 3/33. 11 a year is nothing for a good role player, especially when the cap is gonna be 90+ mil

It is all contingent on LMA. If he leaves, there is no point in keeping RoLo, AA, or Batum. Wes is arguable, depending on his contract demands and how confident the Blazers feel about his rehab.

Damian is not on the list because Neil needs to focus on the others, Kaman, possibly Wright, Freeland, and Vet min players first. Once he has all those taken care of give Damian a call. We have until the end of October to get him an extension and if we say "hey we were focusing on bringing you teammates to help win" he won't mind.

Hibbert will be a free agent so he can't be traded except for sign and trades. I'd consider a longer deal for AAA if the price is right; this is a great opportunity to buy low with him. Other than that we are thinking very much alike this summer.
