Have you guys checked out this kid from china? He looks small but damn good.

Yeah, his measurements are all over the place. I have seen him listed anywhere from 6'2 170 to 6'4 190.
I am guessing it is closer to 6'2".

I guess we will see how good that kid from China is. Shelstad is out with a broken hand.

Gotta give UCLA credit. They came to play. Their defense is bringing it.

Putting this here:

UCLA (0-4) is leading #7 Penn State 27-7 at halftime. Looks like PSU might have a Ducks hangover.
Read your post after what I just posted. That was exactly what I thought watching that game. First half they just looked completely out of sorts.
Seemed like they tried to get it together in the second half but yes that looked like a hangover loss to me.

Penn St just let the Ducks beat em twice in two weeks. That was as bad of a hangover loss as I’ve seen.
They may not recover this year.

they have 2 losses already and this stretch of games coming up:

they are very unlikely to escape that stretch without a loss. A 3 win team isn't going to make the playoffs (unless it's a SEC team) and this was the year they were supposed to go all the way considering they are an experienced team with lots of senior starters.

lots of PSU fans are calling for Franklin to be fired, but his buyout is 54M....yikes!!

OMG I'm actually crying from laughing so hard right now....

Franklin's horrible social media manager posted this

The replies on twitter are killing me right now.

asking for a redshirt season is almost always the precursor to entering the transfer portal. And it's likely not a coincidence he's asking for a redshirt season after it's become pretty clear that the Duck true freshman duo of Dierre Hill and Jordan Davidson have ascended to primary roles

A lot of data you are working with, I am sure. Blake Purchase welcomed his redshirt role last season and didn't transfer. Jay Harris redshirted last season and had two opportunities to leave despite their addition of the three running backs you have mentioned to the depth chart. He chose to come back. He easily could've gone somewhere else with a less talented roster. So it's possible that Makhi leaves, sure. He'll have one opportunity this offseason and it will be in January. I would guess that he's coming back, or I would guess both himself and his brother transfer. I would favor the former.

The top 25 rankings are pretty whack right now
You got Texas, Auburn, USC, Florida, Arkansas all out of the top 25.
You have Memphis, Iowa State, Arizona State
All in the top 25

That's hilarious. And sadly true. SD isnt helping Herbert at all. Their o-line is so bad.
