Nate took over a 27 win team and missed the playoffs three years in a row. But, he get's a free pass because he's your crusade of the month.
BTW, in spite of taking over some truly horrible teams (GSW, 26 wins; SAC, 27 wins; MIN 17 wins), Adelman has a .600 career winning percentage. He's also taken his teams past the first round 8 times. What's McMillan's career winning percentage? How many times has he taken a team past the first round?
But, if it makes you feel better about losing Nate, feel free to keep bashing Adelman, Van Gundy and Thibodeau, and every other coach who has accomplished a hell of a lot more.
