I'm gonna bud in a bit. The Armenians have had mass genocide put on them. That accounted for a million at least. Christians and Muslims have had their fair share of slaughter on each other.

However when we're talking about blood-thirsty terrorists who are hell-bent on killing innocent men, woman and children and acting like savages, something must be done. Especially when said group is threatening our own country saying they are going to "Raise the flag of Allah" over the White House.

Not saying America is perfect and hasn't done some bad things (very bad), but I can't disagree with what we're doing in Iraq right now. Obviously in a perfect world none of this would be happening, but we don't live in a prefect world anymore.

Not weird at all. Iraq is the Yugoslavia of its region. We all saw what happened after Tito died and some people tried to force the country to stay together. If we were going to remove Saddam, partitioning the country was the only realistic solution...and the one idea the neo-cons rejected out-of-hand.

They also never considered the impact of removing Saddam as a counter-balance to Iran.
