If he really wanted Meyers to shoot, hed of had him camped on the 3 pt line. It's on stotts, not the players. I don't think Meyers is the brighest IQ guy, but I do think he's smart enough to know that. But Stotts had to of told him to roll.

It fucking sucks because Terry Stotts the person is an amazing guy. Not of this frustration or anger is personal. As a coach though, I can't stand the silly mistakes he makes and some of the situational awareness he lacks.

Yeah, he hasn't performed as well I the playoffs as the regular season but I blame the fact that teams consistently load up on him and we have no one that helps him out.

First mistake was trying to run the offense through Evan turner. Then playing Baldwin where he let jrue holiday shit on him for a couple minutes. Not realizing nurkic shouldn’t be on Anthony Davis. Would rather have Ed Davis start on Antony Davis. Dame and cj played horribly. Aminu hesitated quite a bit tonight. Surprise, their defensive scheme was all about dame. Apparently stotts has no work around for this ever in the last few years. We turned the ball over a bunch. That cj turnover at the end was crucial, don’t know why he didn’t slow the fuck down, instead panicked and picked up the dribble, threw it no where. Then the same play, twice to Meyers and then pat for who the fuck knows why when I would rather dame pull up from 30 for three.

Good observations, especially on that CJ TO. He got discombobulated . You never leave your feet unless you going up for the shot. That was a huge play. Also Dame looking for contact on that two, instead of just stopping, and going up strong for a shot. That was another. Chief and ET need to handle the ball less. They were TO machines.

CJ didn’t wait for his screen from ET on a baseline cut to the corner, and Dame, the primary look, wasn’t open on the flare screen from Meyers. That’s why Meyers cut, he was the 3rd option.

Regardless, it was a very basic ATO and was never going to work. Also have no idea why Meyers needed to be in for it.
