Hey Mike SB, apparently you've never played in any legitimate league. Ask any high school/college ref. If it was a shot attempt, and it was an airball, it is not illegal to be the first to touch the basketball again. This has been one of the longest running myths of all time for basketball. I'm just trying to dispell it.
