I'm starting to think that it was McHale's failure at being a coach more than Stotts "adjustments".

I wouldn't mind a new coach. I just don't think Stotts is the one to guide us to the next level, unfortunately.

He may just be a stepping stone coach. Got us to where we needed to be, now time to go to the next level.
