Cuomo is gaining popularity because of his leadership efforts with video conferencing to public.
I think he's sincere in his efforts but I also believe he's know's it's an effective platform to mass communicate.
Its the law of average with numbers, the more people he can consistently get in front of the more support and synergy that can help propel his political future.
Probably just as effective as Trumps rally's, plus his New York tell it like it is, in your face, approach has impact one way or another, Like Trumps.

I have to like your post except for the statement that Trump could learn a lot from Cuomo. No, Trump is totally incapable of learning anything from governor Cuomo or anyone else, for that matter. You should rephrase your post to say that Trump should learn a lot from Cuomo, which, of course, will never happen.
