Thanks a lot for your help. I am quietly preparing my trip. One evening in Portland City Grill is booked. Hope I will get a window table :) AirBnB booked as well. I will ask for a few trip recommendation as well but I have a little time and Denver, The Arches, Utah, Yellowstone is a bit more urgent than the backend of the trip.

Yellowstone,

Jackson Wy, a great party town.

Yellowstone Park, be prepared for huge crowds and slow moving conga line traffic.

The nearby Tetons are underrated and beautiful, even from the road on a drive through.

Oh man, enjoy your trip. Utah is surprisingly beautiful. Definitely check out the Bryce Canyon and zion Canyon national parks if you can.

Please keep us posted on your trip and share lots of pictures!

I freaking hate Beaverton. I avoid it as much as possible.
Beaverton is awful. My ex has had her car broken into three times in Beaverton and had to deal with an RV of heroin addicts parked in her neighborhood. Meanwhile I lived in SE for eight years, NE for three years, and NW under the 405 overpass and never had so much as an unkind word happen to me.

I love Portland but after Denver, The Arches, Utah, and Yellowstone, I would head to Vegas.

If going to the arches, just know you have to have a reservation. We found out the hard way when we showed up and couldn’t get in. We were just at Yellowstone and saw tons of wolves and bears/. Let me know and I can give you a idea where the wolves are if those are of interest

If you're going to be near Yellowstone and want to see Bears, drive to "Bear World".

Great advise thanks a lot. I could book a ticket for the arches! I would have had trouble withour your help.

Oh fantastic! We are sleeping in Rexburg for 5 nights. Yellowstone was 5x more expensive.

The road between Rexburg and Yellowstone was closed on friday due to a slide.

My advice is talk to someone in Rexburg to get the whole story, and other route options. I am not sure how bad it is, and how long before it re-opens.

Oh yes that is a good advice. We wanted to visit Jackson Hole from Rexburg but will take the South Route. Very helpful. Thanks a lot.

Thanks to you guys and especially to @twobullz, the early stages of my trip are amazing. Saw a bear from my car in Yellowstone. He was 5 or 6 yards away. It was incredible.

now I will be headed west. I already booked one dinner at Portland city Grill thanks to an advice on this board.

I will sleep in an Airbnb around the west part of the city thanks to @THE HCP .

Shoot me with your coffees, bars, restaurants, breakfasts spots or attractions. Thanks a lot.

Cadillac Cafe or Screen Door for breakfast FAMS!

You gotta go to Beaverton. Much better than Portland!

Glad you had a great time in Yellowstone. I hope the rest of the trip is amazing.

Go to Gravy for breakfast

Dave's Hot Chicken on Cedar Hills Blvd.

If you like ribs - Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que has some of the best ribs... Two locations - One in NE
9911 NE Cascades Pkwy and one in Tualatin.

Arriving next week after a few days in Mt Hood. Is there a winery/vineyard you would recommend for a degustation and maybe buying a few bottles? Thanks again for everything
