The Yankees have invited the following non-roster players to 2019 Spring Training camp:

LHP. Nestor Cortes
RHPs. Raynel Espinel, Cale Colshow, Michael King, David Hale, Brady Lail
C. Kellin Deglan, Francisco Diaz, Jorge Saez
OF. Estevan Florial, Trey Amburgey
1B. Mike Ford
SS. Kyle Holder
3B. Gio Urshela

For me, the player of interest is Estevan Florial.
 
Dodgers add FA reliever Joe Kelly from Red Sox. (If you can’t beat him, might as well sign him!)
Astros add LHP Wade Miley.
Rangers sign pitcher Lance Lynn, coming off his worst year (4.77 ERA) signs for 3 yrs/ $30 mil.
Reds sign ex-National pitcher Tanner Roark.

Craig Kimbrel seeking a 6 year contract for much more than $100 mil.......and the beat goes on.

Kimbrel, Machado, and Harper all making big money wishes with one hand in fron the other over their asses. Guess which is most likely to be filled first.
 
I had a LA Raiders Cheerleader working in One of my departments, way back when. Talk about a mega-distraction.

She married the Pitcher & localyocal, Jim Slaton. A sweet highly intelligent gal who was anything but a pretentious prima-donna.... ISIS (the goddess) in the flesh....
 
Do ya'll think both teams could find a way to lose? Perhaps they'll play 20 OT's and come to a draw, bu tomorrow afternoon.

That's the only outcome I could be satisfied with...
 
I have to laugh that Trashman wants .....” to see if Ellsbury has anything left in his tank”. The only thing
left in his tank are the ton of money fumes he’s wasted in his Yankee tenure. Surely, Trashman has not given
up counting; otherwise, he’d be long gone!
 
Per Charles, Pena & Darling tonight the Yankees & Giants are discussing a "bad contract" swap. Ellsbury to the Giants, Johnny Cueto to the Yankees. Six or one half dozen of the other in my book. Neither can play well enough to function for their team. Jesus Christ could someone see Cueto in a Yankee Uninform with those Dreadlocks.

Russo being a complete Jerk again. Todays pick was Arenado whom in Russos opinion aint worth a Tinkers Damn out of Coors Field. Claims that the Yankees may wait for him to replace Andujar in 2020. Russo is more full of shit than a septic tank. Claims that Arenado could hit in a "band box" like Yankee Stadium. Did admit that Arenado was good defensively. Russo is as obnoxious as Rome was, surprised no one has clocked him yet.

He's gonna want to "opt out" after a year in San Diego; which is Career Suicide
for any ballplayer; just ask Winfield and Ozzie; Goose and a ton of others. Without a Tony Gwynn the Padres are just another Squatters Club....

Jon Heyman tweets that Yankees unofficially offered Machado $220-240 mil for 8 years. The dude
turned down the offer while Yankee brass wined & dined him. That’s gratitude!
 
There is evidence that Bryce Harper is close to signing with the Phillies via Jon Morosi of MLB network.
Rumor has it will be for more than what Machado got.......

I'm eternally greaful, did not want that guy in New York under any circumstances. I did hear though that Steinbrenner was not present at the wining and dining nor do I believe that Steinbrenner wanted him anyway.
