POST SEASON FREE AGENTS AND TRADES

Hanser Alberto SS obtained off waivers from Texas & placed on Yankees 40 man roster. And so a
new baseball season begins with a bargain basement addition. This is Trashman’s technique to fill
the roster with players who belong in the farm system.

Pitching didn’t get us to the World Series. Pitching must be priority to get there. So what does Trashman
do? He goes after infielders.......and off waivers, no less! Ugh!

.....^^^^

I have lost all faith in Trashman picking any prospects, any free agents, any players worth anything...

Trashman continues to pick from the Trashbin.... like a homeless vagrant looking for delicious leftover 3/4s eaten maggot infested Big Mac....

-I don't think we need Harper or Machado.
-I'm cool with Happ and Corbin.
-Maybe pursue second baseman D.J. LeMahieu and/or a left-handed bat like Michael Brantley.
-Then pursue a trade for a stud pitcher like de Grom, Bumgarner, Kluber, etc.

....^^^^
The Yankees need to offload as much as they need to acquire a couple of SP Aces ...

I would make signing Happ and Corbin a priority...
Starting pitchers that are not over the hill, are becoming a rare commodity.
Here's a list of free agent starting pitchers after next season...
I hope 2 hell the winter meetings are fruitful...

Thanks for the list Rob I wouldn't have the patience to post all of that.

Your welcome.
I should have clarified, that is the list at the end of next season. Since we all know who is available currently. Just looking ahead, as some of next year's free agents could be available in the winter trade meetings....

Personally I would seriously consider Sandy Koufax at age 83.
Bob Gibson at age 82.
Nolan Ryan at age 71
And the youngster, Ron Guidry at age 68.

I missed this one.

Neil Walker has accepted MLB's qualifying offer.

Philly Fans would boo a cure for cancer, if Machado didn't hustle they'd throw batteries at him.

Now that's tough, booing a cure for cancer...
and I thought the Bronx Zoo was a tough crowd.

In that case I hope the Phil's sign him; maybe a few semi-truck die-hards will fly his way....
B4 Sears goes out of business....

The Yankees have interest in Kluber, Carrasco, and Paxton in addition to Free Agent targets Corbin, Happ and Biggie they are meeting with at least The Indians today as per Jon Heyman.

The Yankees have contacted The Mariners about Paxton.

Doo Doo feeling good after Tommy John Surgery and is beginning the rehab process as per Meredith Marakovits.

Scott Boras is trying to push Bryce Harper on The Yankees saying that he is capable of playing 1st Base as per Casey Stern on MLB Network Radio.

Bryce Harper rejects Contract offer from The Phillies.

Scott Boras is doing everything in his power to ensure that Bryce Harper is a Yankee by the end of the off season as per Bronx Bombers Beat.

Cashman said Sonny Gray can't pitch in New York and he is not going to keep trying to fix him he gone.

When Cashman says, “We will gravitate to anything that will make sense.”......does he mean anybody
who costs real cheap?

Any big money I would like to see spent on pitching. On the everyday roster take a run at guys like Brantley and Marwin Gonzalez to round things out.

Spoiled little guppy Brice Harper turned his nose up at 300 mil offer from Washington. Cashman don't be stupid avoid this man let him go to LA or Philly. The Cubs are not interested Harpers '18 season was not the best year to have a down year.

Bryce Harper is willing to play 1st Base for The Yankees as per MLB Network.

Wonder if Harper is willing to scrub the toilets too.
He would make for one expensive mop-up man.
Harper's shitty attitude pompous arrogant style would spoil the broth. I hope to hell Trashmen tosses Harper back in the trash bin. This team does not need any primadonnas like Harper Machado but we all knew that anyway
