Steinbrenner should just simply give away Sonny Gray for free. Set him on a street corner with a sign around his neck, yours for the taking... Either that or have a yard sale inside Yankee Stadium. Put them all in Gallows, for MLB shoppers- not so Sunny Gray, Cesspool, a few others, Dinglefkngberry too....

Toss the Trashbin on the field, for MLB dumpster divers to take home whatever they want for little to nothing....
 
Watched a little MLB Network today. Scuttlebutt on Gray was that outside of Yankee Stadium he was OK and that the Yankees could get back more for him than what fans would hope for. . Watched the programming until Brian Kenney came on with Valentine as one of his sidekicks.

Hoping Gray either goes to the Reds in a deal for Scooter, or to the Ms in a deal for Segura.

I am so psyched that the Yanks were asking about Segura before they made the Paxton deal with the Ms.

No Manny! Or at least he's not a sure thing - which could mean - HARPER!!

Yankees obtained RHP Jefry Valdez from Colorado Rockies for P Jordan Foley......a classic Trashbin
minor league player deal via Pinstripe Alley.

They also added P Joe Harvey to their 40 man roster.

Wfan host this morning believe it or not reporting harper buying an apartment in long island city which is a hop, skip and a jump from you know where if true. I'm waiting for confirmation of bryce video'd in a modells buying a first baseman mitt before I get too excited.

I hope he didn't sign a long-term lease.
Maybe the Mets we'll make him an offer.

For once I wouldn't mind seeing all the owners collude, with no offers to sign Harper.

Let him stew in Japan or Mexico....

If the mets wouldn't trade lucas duda to the yanks their not trading syndegard here either. Buster Olney reported yanks tried to trade sheffield to arizona for goldschmidt so seems they weren't all that high on him but indicating not happy with either bird or luuuuuuuuke at first base. Baseball america reporting Harper bought first baseman mitt at local modells

Proof Trashman's Head has always been in the Trashbin.

The Yankees don't need a 36 year-old 25 million-dollar second baseman, especially Robinson Cano don't you know....

-Yanx don't need Bryce Harper and they don't need Manny Machado.
-They don't need Brian Trashcan the Trashbin
-They don't need Aaron cud chewing baBoone.
-Theydo need to totally overhaul their scouting team; beginning with Damon Oppenheimer.

Oppenheimers resume is as pitiful As It Gets 4a scouting director...

Funny thing about that. Had Cano taken Cashmans 5 year offer he'd have been a free agent. The Yankees may not have acquired GT. Funny how shit works, Cano don't ya know there's no place for you here on the '19 Yankees. Could you imagine Cano, Machado, and Sanchez in this line up. No one would get to first.
