Melo and Kanter better not play more than DJJ and RoCo or Giles for that matter.
 
Melo has shot almost every time he’s touched the ball.
 
COMPLETE F____ING STANDSTILL anytime Melo touches the ball. He is as bad as CJ now.
 
As I've said for a long time, this team will never fulfill its potential as long as we don't utilize Nurk to generate our offense.

It's criminal that we don't utilize one of the best passing big men in the league.
 
Two weeks ago - "We're the deepest team in the league"

Tonight - "Our bench sucks'

Two weeks from now - "We're unbeatable"

Four weeks from now - "Might as well just tank"

esp if he's gonna gun it every time he touches the ball. Neil himself said that in the talk to tell him that he's coming off the bench, Olshey referenced how many more shots he'll get on the second unit.

That was about as obvious of a green light as possible.
 
Defensively, the Blazers rotations arent in sync, and multiple guys are rotating to spots because (in my opinion) it seems like they dont have confidence in their teammates rotating properly, so it ends up with guys ball-chasing defensively.

guys not being used correctly. and why the hell is harry not playing? What does enes do better?

When your backcourt struggle sto keep people in front of them, above average wing defenders are not going to fix the issues.

You also have an asshole coach who was nearly last in the league defensively who has already signaled his reluctance to change anything

You can add anyone you want but if your coach doesn't think anything needs to change then it doesn't mean a damn thing.

Yeah that's why I wasnt excited to bring him back. He just kills our bench offense. We have an extremely talented bench but I'm worried it's just gonna come down to if Melo is hitting in isolation or not...

Not used correctly meaing use DJJ like Miami did in the playoffs and Boston used Kanter in the playoffs? We're starting a guy that Miami thought was unplayable.

melo cant have his kinda green light. Kanter should be behind harry in the rotation.
 
We need to play a preseason game with no dribbling allowed.
