I started the thread and genuinely wanted to hear the answers. They never came. I have had conversations with people about this and nobody seems to be able to explain it. Was the title what made you upset?
Get better first before tackling that crap, buddy. So yesterday, as I'm sure many of you did I woke up, powered down a big breakfast and coffee and the preceeded to tackle many of the seasonal related choirs and projects that need to get done before the long months of rain start. At around 3pm I suddenly had a dizzy spell. Never had one of those before, only lasted about a minute, slowed down a little but continued to work. By 5pm I was continually dizzy, a bit disoriented, sweaty, headache, and my left arm was completely numb. It was at that point I decided to drive myself to the hospital. Yes, I know, I shouldn't have driven, lol. Anyway, those symptoms could mean anything from a heart attack to a stroke. I was rushed right in. I normally have pretty much perfect blood pressure but at the hospital my pressure was through the roof and my EKG was abnormal. After a battery of tests, from lab work, to chest x-rays, CT scan, yadda yadda...
Long story short, severe dehydration led to a heart arrhythmia.
Well fuck, I'm an idiot. I'm always very good about staying hydrated during the summer but it didn't even cross my mind to drink water during a normal fall day.
Anyway, I was released from the hospital a little before 11pm feeling a bit better, normal blood pressure, normal heart rhythm, and normal labs but still with a pretty good headache and still a little dizzy.
No I didn't drive home, lol.
To go through my first major health scare only to find out it was self inflicted was both humbling and depressing.
I'm not telling you this to garner sympathy only to give a clear understanding of what happened next.
The first thing I did when I got home was...
Sit down in my office and log into the forum and check on things. I will check the moderator action logs as a quick and easy to see if there are any fires that need putting out or anything that needs to be done that the moderators aren't able to take care of. Usually this is pretty much limited to banning a few "buy cheap jerseys" from Chinese ad trolls but I saw some moderator actions taken by Barfo. Now this is unusual, Barfo doesn't swing his mod club around much. So while Mrs PokerDog is understandably scolding me to get off the computer after today's health adventure I decide to dizzily investigate.
End of part 1.
(Stay tuned for the exciting part 2, it might be a little delayed, some other forum related things are piling up as I write this, lol)
I was locked out of the " Pro Lifer" thread. Posts deleted by barfo and locked out by Sly.
What post do you think was the reason for Locking me out out that thread?

This is the post that made me decide to ban MarAzul from that particular thread and in an immediate private conversation with him is why I told him I viewed it as a veiled threat.

Just sayin'.
Heal em up bro...fuck a bunch of dumb shit around here....deep breathing, cut the salt and marbled meats....sugars, get some regular rest and reboot the doggie hard drive....I got a partial rebuild last year and now have some rehab ahead of me..5 miniutes of deep breathing can lower the heart rate 10 bpsSo yesterday, as I'm sure many of you did I woke up, powered down a big breakfast and coffee and the preceeded to tackle many of the seasonal related choirs and projects that need to get done before the long months of rain start. Whichever post had a conservative view.
It's what Dems do when they're losing the argument.
Which is always.
@MarAzul I see above that you have said you are not going to attend. Thank you.
I can safely say that Sly’s reaction to you has NOTHING to do with your interest of basketball OR your resume regarding basketball. You're welcome.
Odd take you have on my interest in Basketball. I have followed the Blazers since day one. By that I mean, I attended their very first practice, Score keeper for their first scrimmage, attended their first preseason game, first regular season game.
Easy your fear, I had no intention of making anyone fearful. Quite surprised I did.
I think you are correct. A keen observation.I can safely say that Sly’s reaction to you has NOTHING to do with your interest of basketball OR your resume regarding basketball.

I can not have someone showing up whose stated purpose is to confront people and disrupt this event.
Bahahahahahahaha!
Where did I say I fear you?
