LOL, no I just know I'm going to the movies with Girl 1 on Monday, Girl 2 on Tuesday, Girl 3 on Friday, Girl 4 on Saturday, and Girl 5 on Sunday. And my definition of hook up is doing **** with a girl. Doesn't neccessarily have to be sex but you know what I mean.

That doesn't sound like a hook up to me. Here in NY, when we hookup with a girl we get the pleasure, without paying for anything. We literally go to her house, and do stuff. My wallet stays packed.

Except, without having lived through the era, they'll think that Iverson was a lot more dominant than he was, sort of like how a lot of people today think that Wilt was better than Russell.

Yeah, that's usually what it means down here, or it can just refer to any sort of sex, with or without a date.

I don't agree, Iverson's percentages were so pathetic on a consistent basis that they will be noticed.

Wilt on the other hand had that "50 FG%" that people like to rave about and he was probably better than Russell.
 
Swish, was the permit test easy? I wanna go get mine like next week, but I don't feel like studying at all. Too lazy.

I didn't study for anything and only got one answer wrong when I took that test. Everything in that test is basic info.
 
^What kind of questions do they have? Do you have to pay to take the test?
 
There was this one girl who was always asking me to come over to her grandparent's house because they lived close to me and she's over there a lot and I finally did one time (I wasn't really interested, just bored and figured what the hell). Well we're on the couch in the living room watching a movie and we both thought nobody was home. We'll we're making out and she had climbed on top of me when her grandpa walks into the living room and flips out. He was in his room on the other side of the house taking a nap but we thought he left with the grandma to go to this local carnival. So yeah, we got yelled at and he made me leave. Last time I ever hung out with the girl too.

Kidd, it's easy as hell. I passed my first time and barely studied. Just take it online and cheat if you're worried. The questions are common sense though. "Alcohol alters your state of mind so you should not drink and drive, TRUE OR FALSE." "You should run over small children with your vehicle, TRUE OR FALSE." It's easy and you should pass.

Half of the test (in Florida) was about Road Signs and what they meant (I breezed through that). The other half were general information questions (eg what time should one turn their headlights on and off; A white dotted road means that road only goes in one direction).

If you have to pay anything for that test it should be only 20 dollars or so. The only thing that sucks about taking the driving test is the amount of time one has to wait in line.
 
Not sure about the American ones, but up here the only thing you really needed to study was the road signs. Everything else was common sense.

Road signs part is common sense too, it all is down here. You'll do fine. I waited two monthes before taking mine and I regret it big time. Now all of my friends have their license and I'm still waiting because I was lazy and nervous it was gonna be hard. Just get it over with.

What does waiting have to do with getting your license?
 
I think there's a certain amount of time you have to wait between getting your permit and full license. I did the same thing out of laziness and couldn't fully drive until after high school
 
In Florida, once you turn 15 you can take your permit test. Then after you get your permit, you get your license one year from that day. It's different in New York but that's how it is down here. I turn 16 in August but I didn't take my permit test until November. So even though I'll be old enough to drive in August, I still have to wait the couple extra monthes until November 22, the day I got my permit. It's garbage.

You're right, 42.3% is poor, but nobody's going to dwell on that with his ppg/rpg/apg/spg.

All of those guys are considered great despite their poor field goal percentages, so why won't Iverson?

I tried to learn it from the dude who taught me the tabla, but its so tough to play. Once you can get a handle of it though, it sounds friggin' awesome.

lol, same here. I can't get my G2 until about December of this year. I still drive around once in a while anyway.

"Sam the Record Man's" (a really famous music store in Toronto) is closing on Saturday so they've had a 50+ % off sale going for the past week or so. I went their during my lunch today and even though the crowd's were ridiculous, I got some cool stuff. I bought "Blonde on Blonde," "Greatest Hits of Santana," Charles Manson's album (don't expect much, but I thought it'd be interesting and the price was so cheap), some Miles Davis compilation, "Rebirth of a Nation," and an album that separates the vocals, drumming, and guitarwork of some Led Zeppelin songs so that I can play along with them. Also, I got a John Lennon poster and a Jimi Hendrix t-shirt. And it was all for less than $35.
