ANOTHER one goal playoff game. We could be up 75-0 and it would still end as a one goal game...LOL.
 
there ya have it. The PP was a blessing to tick 2mins off the clock as the Caps just held the puck and passed it around til they could get it to OV for the shot
 
Amazing win. Holtby now 2-7 in elimination games....soon to be 2-8. 4-1 down to 4-3 is just inexcusable.
 
alright fuck you caps and you cheating mother fucker bags of shit refs with a call like that at the end of the game when nobody obviously saw it. just guessing. those guys should be out the rest of the playoffs
 
We better be careful in game 7. The Caps played their best game tonight as crazy as it sounds. Now everyone is going to pick the Rangers to win game 7. All will be against the Caps. When an animal is cornered and wounded they are dangerous. Game 7 is no lock for us. We are the favs, but that game is no lock.

The fact that the Caps ended strong will give them some MO into game 7 IMO.
 
The Garden will be up for grabs Wednesday night. They need to finish this thing off for sure.

You hope the Rangers are in their heads. I admit I never thought this series would get back to the Garden for a game 7. Have to be proud of this team.
 
Two years in a row I didn't expect them to force a game 7. Kreider was unbelievable tonight. That's two games he's been a huge part of winning in this series. When they get 4 goals, Hank must almost want to start pounding drinks in his crease.
 
I am proud of them as well. That is why it is funny when all the fans in here are ready to jump. Not saying they couldn't lose, of course they could, but how many times does this team need to come up huge in big spots before the fans stop riding them. It is funny.

I think we win game 7, I really do, but I'm telling you that will be another coin flip game. To me I just don't see the Caps coming out and laying down in that game. If anything all they will hear for 3 days is no shot...Rangers will win game 7...Caps collapse again.

Combine that with the way the Caps finished game 6, and that will NOT be a lock win. Caps will play hard.
 
Rangers w like 9 shots after 1st period. Wow

Caps outplayed them in most of the gm but they also know their chances are not great vs Hank on Wed. I'm still very confident. Rangers didn't play well final 10 min but they got it done.

I think Wed will end the 1 goal streak

Honestly, I can see a very tight game similar to Game Six against the Habs last year.
 
That PP call, while BS, completely messed up the Caps rhythm. They went from hitting, digging for the puck and shooting at every chance they got, to the passive holding and passing around forcing a pass/shot from Ov with a Ranger right on top of him, while ticking valuable seconds off the clock.
 
Seriously, when the f are the refs going to start calling Ward for goalie interference. He does it all game. That's where you need a McIlrath to cross check his neck into the ice and then beat the shit out of him.
 
I love Ward's game. He's one of those players you hate but would love to have on your team.
 
You weren't saying that last year when the refs cost them two games in the finals assjabber.
