GO ALLEN CRABBE AND THE STAMPEDE!

Damn, this starts halfway through the Blazer game.

Never fear! I won't let the board down! Whatever sacrifice it takes, I will report how Allen Crabbe is doing.

Thanks for the beautiful start, Darkwebs, to a beautiful game! We will trounce the, uh, who is it, the Bighorns! Of course. The Bighorns!

Thank goodness. I was worried we wouldn't be able to track Crabby Patty's ascension. I feel better knowing that you're on the case.

Game is about to start

I came THAT close to seeing the evasive Royce White. The Kings just called him up from their farm team, the Bighorns. Pierre Jackson is no longer a Stampeder.

Ray McCallum is the Biggies' star. Their big man is Mo Charlo. Crabbe is starting.

We lost Richard Howell, which leaves Dee Bost as our best player. Reno has Sundiata Gaines. Score 13-11 and Crabbe has all zeroes on his line. There he is! A 3! Another 10 seconds later! I think they were.

Crabbe misses a long one, later turns it over, not catching a pass and it goes out of bounds. Tied at 18.

Crabbe's 2 makes, only one was a 3. He is 2-4 overall, 2 assists. Very active, playing defense, messing up the Bighorns a little.

We're down 27-21 with 2:41 left in the 1st. 5 points for our hero. Waiting for him to take this game by the horns.

Kevin Murphy has 10 points for us. Familiar names Caracter (Idaho) and Scott Machado (Reno).

Tyrell Biggs got assigned to, yep, the Bighorns. Score 35-24 end of 1st quarter, us down.

They went on a 17-6 tear at end of qtr. Now we get 7 straight, 35-28. Vander Blue, big prospect, in for us, Crabbe out, so we went 7-0.

42-32, Crabbe about to come in I think. Familiar names Gladness, Dallas Lauderdale active.

Crabbe comes in, only shot is...a made 3!

Everytime announcers say Vander Blue, I think they mean Vida Blue, famous pitcher. When he entered the majors he was a sensation. Plus he had the odd name. I'll never forget him, especially hearing Vander Blue. Crabbe scoops in a layup!

We're up 1. Murphy 17, Crabbe 10.

Crabbe fouls, goes out, has 3 fouls, 2 steals, 2 assists. Us down 53-50.

His big quarter was the 1st last game, but not this time. 57% shooting us, 55% them for game to date. Charo not as bad as I expected.

That wasn't a foul. Dee Bost can dribble. Technical on our coach Peck.

Crabbe's been out for a long time. The ref is taller than all these short players. Halftime 64-57.

Crabbe 15:27 minutes, FG 5-8, 3FG 3-4, FT 0-0, +/- negative 6, 1 def rebound, 2 assists, 2 fouls, 2 steals, 1 turnover, no blocks for or against, 13 points of which 8 were in qtr 2.

Playing time updated to 18:57. He is #2 scorer on both teams combined after his teammate Murphy, 19.

Vander Blue interview, played on Celtics, credits Gerald Wallace and Jeff Green as the leaders there.

Murphy is hot, opens half with nice shot. Crabbe in and out from outside, later fouled while shooting, makes both FTs.

Crabbe in and out from afar, saves the rebound falling out of bounds onto his stomach, we lose possession. Crabbe rebounds long, passes off somebody puts us into lead! Good old Somebody. Crabbe active.

Crabbe misses corner 3 off of a pass, is getting set up by teammates. Tie at 69. 7 minutes left in 3rd.

Crabbe is tired, inactive. Timeout, probably will go out. We're up 73-71.

Blazers won by 2. Anthony Davis had 5 fouls, a factor. Crabbe out.
