Also I think they value players who are excellent complementary players, and who fit in their system, over players like Jones who may have more overall talent but is kind of a master of none. (And they're right to do so.)Jones can play there is no doubt. Not sure why OKC let him go other than the obvious: they are stacked with talent.

Definite highs and lows here. Gets abused a bit by a scrub big, but also his teammates seem totally clueless how to play off him.
I can kind of see what the draft guys who scoffed at him being drafted in the first round meant about him being stiff and upright. He looks helpless on defense when guys run at him.
