This was an opportunity to take 3rd and place some distance between us and the 5th seed. We just couldn't get it done. Fucking sucks. Time to go win in Memphis again.

I agree. I don't think this team can win against good teams on the road. So if we are the 5th seed or below, the team won't win the series. They needed a win here or against the Spurs to give them any hope of winning as the road team.

Fact of life. We can complain about the refs all we want, but if we can't contest jump shots, we will not win on the road against good teams. At least we started attacking the rim in the second half. I'm not convinced that the refs are going to be any different in the playoffs though. I think people have forgotten what it was like to play the Lakers or Jazz in the playoffs years ago.

Good, solid ass-kicking. But we played it tough. I wouldn't mind playing them in the playoffs because it would be a BATTLE. Scola is such a great player.

No way they get the calls in Portland. There are too many slaps (Scola) that the Portland fans would influence the refs with. Officiating is hard. No doubt. So many calls that they miss, that the home town fans don't.

We only need 1 win out of 4 road games, and we're next to unbeatable at home, so I expect we'll do just fine.

we are pretty much cemented in 5th with a loss at sa and winning out...that damn philly game is going to be a tough pill to swallow

I don't agree that this game shows we can't win against a good team on the road in the playoffs. We stuck with them and I believe showed we are could beat them at home if we meet them in the playoffs. Of course we might lose one at home as well so HCA would help us a lot.

we played cleveland tough at home, and beat indy and okc at their gyms when we historically have sucked there, progress is being made

FT shooting.

Would have been interesting if Przy never got in foul trouble in the 1st half. Przy was acrually +1 tonight, Batum -3. The best on the team.
