One thing I would have thought is gone but hasn't is the favoritism the TNT anchors show the East Coast teams. I expected it back in the 80s and 90s, but really now guys. I mean, Portland is, I mean we have our own television show. This is actually a town most people can remember. It took until the fourth quarter before the commentators stopped humping the Houston tip.

So about 2 hours before the game The Beard shows up and i got this shot right outside our TV truck......he did not like that my camera guy was shooting his car. Started talking shit! Maybe The HCP got into his head!

I SWEAR, Houston must have been stuck in a relativistic time dilation - the clock would not fucking move that fourth quarter! I mean, it seemed like hours went by and it was only 2 minutes on the game clock.

Blazer Caravan, the team may have been cool, calm and collected, the fans not so much.

maxie, you didn't talk about wetting your pants so hopefully you got that porto-potty.

Wish I was there for Game 3, it's going to be fucking insane in P'Town. No letup!

I know im beyond depressed I can't make it to the game (Family Fun Night for my kids school for the booster club). I tried to explain to my wife how the Moda Center on Friday would be the ultimate family fun night and she was like "Are tickets going to be $5? Because if they arn't they sure are for the School.

The school does have open wifi so I guess I'll be in the mens room with all the other dads streaming the game on a tablet. Going to have to down like 5 chili dogs before we go to give legitimacy to my absence from the activities.....

I'm having trouble picking out a favorite moment from last night's game, but I think it might be when Wes sneaked behind the entire HOU defense when they were trying to trap Lillard in the backcourt - that was the final nail in the coffin and was hilarious!

You know one of the points last night when I truly knew that we were locked in and had the right mindset to win was later in the game when Wes was trying to post up Hardin and Hardin so clearly flopped and the ref bought it. But Wes calmly and quietly tossed the ball to the ref and ran back down the court. I was proud in that moment and knew that we were not going to lose the mental game to those guys.

When you win Game 1 on the road, you're supposed to get run out of the building in Game 2. I felt really good about our chances early in the 3rd quarter, when we had weathered their storm and somehow managed to take a small lead. I'm curious to see if Houston has any fight left in Game 3.

If Portland can take a commanding lead in the first half, I suspect Houston will just give up. If we win game 3, Houston will get swept.
