Normally I am calm and agree not to get too high or low. when you say one team is making everything, it's because the defense has barely even contested them. It's been horrible defense.
 
Hard but good experience for our guys . Maybe all portland players see that the experience are big and playing are not about stepbackjumshot like LaMarcus Aldridge..

so good thing is thats the first game ! and this team has the ability to comeback again.. Well done Well

We have no one with more than 1 foul, except Robinson with 2. Usually a starter has 3 at the half, and others with 2.

I mean, my basketball IQ is literally to the par of Meyers, but I can seriously see what the fuck is going on and what we need to do. If *I* can do that, then these guys surely can see this.

To expand on this, Stotts is a former assistant to Carlisle.... Blazers run pretty much the same sets as Dallas does. No doubt Stotts contacted Carlisle but that isnt going to help... Spurs figured it out. Granted it is one half of game 1 but I dont think Stotts has a chance against Pop regardless of what adjustments he makes. I'm still picking Spurs in 6 because of the sheer talent that Portland has.

Except the Blazers are a better rebounding team. Offensive rebounding is a strength for the Blazers, not for the Spurs. We averaged 12 in the regular season (top 3), Spurs 9 (bottom 5).

I can say I have doubted this team few times this year and they have shown me that they don't give up. I don't make that mistake anymore. With that said I am frustrated as fuck right now.

In all fairness, I saw 3 offensive rebounds fall in the lap if players. The ball is bouncing lucky for the spurs.

Yup, slow it down, execute and get easy buckets so we can chip away at this lead and get it down to 10-12 by the 4th. Anything can happen after that.
