Ya know, I'm not defending companies like Comcast, but I think a lot of those complaints are about people buying the 3-6 month discounted rate and then when it goes up to the normal rate they bitch and moan about it. I've wrecked about 5 Comcast TV channel guides and when I take them back (always get them for free) and as I wait for my number to come up, it's all I seem to hear. And it's always the customer wanting something for a discounted price. They have paperwork that clearly states when the price goes up and they just don't want to pay it.
