Anything to help lower the price. Damn!

Lol, it won't lower anything. They will just add extra taxes if the price gets too low.

I paid $5.39 a gallon the other day what the fuck.

Got the hybrid....it's like an emergency giant battery outside my house if the power goes out...I want one hooked up to my house for blackouts.....rechargeable generator.....

All my friends have Teslas now. It's like a cult.

I'll prob get a hybrid CRV or something eventually

I am interested in the new electric truck they are coming out with....would trade in my XTerra SUV for one of those puppies..have to see...might be a gift to myself when I cash my PERS in...

Rivian?

I'll take the F-150 PHEV

Kind of regret not getting the Tesla a few years back with the grandfathered unlimited supercharging. It was the Model S, but I ran the numbers and it kinda made sense.

I like that one alot...I just need one for lumber and fishing....put my kayak racks on top and I'm good
It's killer, but I really like the back up generator capabilities of the Ford.

It'll run your whole house for like 30 hours on a tank of gas.

Never understood why people would actually like to pump their own gas. Did it in the military.....it isn't that fun FAMS! And as far as owning an electric car.....fuck outta here! I'll take my V8 everyday and yesterday!!!

I've got a lot of interest in those Mercedes tall step camper vans...those are the coolest tiny homes around and clean...efficient. Saw one demo'd the other day on youtube and that's what I call camping.
There is nothing like an Airstream.

Yes, yes, yes, there's nothing that returns better than a pickup truck when rolling over your PERS.

I could have had a nice Tesla a year and a half ago but opted for a great fully loaded Volvo XC-90. Put on some studless Michelin snow tires and can go anywhere in the worst weather, even up and down steep hills (I live on one).

Nah, we don't need to lose more jobs

I have no problem pumping my own gas. I generally purchase gas at Kroger and am able to use points for gas discounts (in some case, upwards of 40-cents, or more).

Impatience, mostly.

That's how we're being conditioned. I mean, in some cases, I'd rather check out my own groceries as opposed to waiting in line for a checker.

Fuck all that. People would rather get out into the rain and spill gas on their hands than chill and extra 2 minutes?

None of that matters. It is what it is, regardless.

How often do people really spill gas on their hands when pumping their own gas? And aren't most gas pumps covered?

I have no problem with pumping my own gas, but saying that gas prices will go down if self service is instituted is about as realistic as saying that the 2020 election was stolen. In other words, absolute nonsense. So unless they absolutely guarantee that the price of gas will drop in relation to what they save on labor costs, I’m all for letting things ride as they are……
