Should we be worried about Shaedon?

How much are they paying for 4.8 FGM a night?

EDIT: 18.1 million this season, mathematically about the same value as Jerami Grant making 7.2 a night for 29mil.

Do you think every fan base talks about their ex players as much as PDX fans do? Does it all stem from feeling burnt getting rid of Jermaine O'Neal, or was it going on before that even?

With Hart, the shooting is a bonus. He can shoot, but also he is doing all the dirty work for the team. So he's like Sidy only he can shoot.

Hart's out of our age window now, and he's meant to be in NY, but he'll always have a place in my Hart.

I forgot Hart had that one big scoring game. I remember @THE HCP trashing Hart's shooting. The Knicks seem to be pretty happy with him, though.
Ah man I miss Hart and his game! Love his type of hustle and grind. I’d be cool if he never took a shot outside of the paint, but overall, he brings so much out there.

*SHOULD WE BE WORRIED ABOUT…?*

Shaedon had a really great first half tonight.

I think we need him to stop trying to be so acrobatic all of the time when he goes to the hoop and start driving into the chest of the shot blocker. Stop going around guys and go through them. He'll get to the line a bunch and at least one time a game will posterize someone.

All of that said Shaedon is doing well. His shot is looking a ton better and I'm happy with the increased effort he's showing on defense.

Agreed. Let Deni be an example. In his sixth year he's a star when nobody thought he could be. You can't tell me Shaedon doesn't show flashes at a minimum. You've got to be happy at how much he's improved and has worked on his game to get there.

We also need to remember he is on a team friendly deal (his extension starts next season) the chances of him outplaying that payrate is higher than otherwise

He's been hitting those step back 3s lately but I STILL HATE when he shoots them. The step back middy is nice but that 3 is a low percentage shot.
Especially when he's hovering around 31%.

That said, I love seeing him attacking the basket like he has. He needs a PG next to him. When is Holiday coming back?

I have zero doubt in Sharpes abilities. No matter what he’ll easily become a 25 point a game scorer, he’s 22 and scores with ease. My only question is how much better does he want to be because his talent level is on par with Anthony Edwards. He can be a superstar, question is does he want to be or is he content being a really good offensive player.

My concern when he accepted that contract was he really doesn’t care to standout because if he truly believed he was going to be special he wouldn’t have accepted that contract. Obviously just my opinion and as he matures maybe he decides he wants to be a superstar.

Shaedon’s scoring has been going up each season with his minutes actually decreasing the last two seasons. Absolutely nothing to worry about.
