I actually have a few neighbors like this who believe they own the parking in front of their houses despite them being on a public street. They are nowhere near as relentless as this "lady" but annoying nonetheless. Perhaps if they cleaned all the extraneous garbage out of their garages there probably wouldn't be an issue.......but Karens are gonna Karen, so probably not.......
