.) Significant improvement of road wins against winning teams.
.) Significant improvement on Points in the paint.
.) Better rotation of players. Come on Nate, don't have to sub, just to sub. If a player is hot, leave him in until he cools off.
.) Better leadership on the floor. I know we were young last season, but I would love to see more communication during the games.
.) Better rebounding from our second unit. I think this was the biggest thing that pulled my hair out last season. I hated watching us get out muscled by other second string players.
.) More transition offense. We don't have to score the "Hard Way" each and every possession Nate. Let them run a little more.
.) Better guarding of the guards. Don't let them beat you to get our bigs in foul trouble. I want to see Oden get more than 10 minutes a game.
.) Outlaw, Webster and Blake = my x-factor. They seem the most effected by the new players coming in. I hope they can realize they are just important to our team and keep focused on winning.
.) Allowing Roy to get some rest. He doesn't need to be the "man" every 48 minutes on the floor. Give him a few minutes of ball handling rest. I sure hopes he can play without the ball comfortably. Right now, he seems a little confused.
.) DEFENSE! I remembered the 1998-99 season, where the Blazers were the #1 defensive team in the league. They had no real floor leader, yet they made it to the WCF all on defense. Could you imagine being one of the best defensive teams in the league, and having good leadership on the floor? Who knows, we may even make it past the Lakers.
Anyways, these are my thoughts. What are your 10 goals?
