I got a question, what happens if an all star gets traded, which team would he represent at the all star game?
 
I'm telling ya... this is the time. We're not going to be able to put enough around Dame to actually be able to make a run.

Blow. It. Up.

We have a nice starting point with Ant and Nas. Get some more young talent, some lotto picks, and start over.

Deni Advija/filler (Harrell) to Portland

Advija is on that Herb Jones tier/mold — excellent multi-positional defender.

Follow this with a Powell for Herby/TPE deal.

You do not trade a once in a LIFETIME player like Dame when you do not need too and IF you do not get this then I have to say it --- your out of touch with reality.

Right because your comment that got me fired up featuring the most notorious figures in NBA history plus a fictional cannibal was absolutely the very definition of rational discourse. I'm done with this conversation, but yeah you got no leg to stand on when it comes to exaggeration.

Randle really has fallen out of favor in NY, I'm thinking a CJ for Randle trade? He's not a #1 option and NY media has killed him, I'd give it a shot

I'm pissed about other stuff and tired of that sort of idiotic comment. If he keeps repeating himself I might. I don't find his posts interesting or novel generally speaking. There are other folks whom I don't care for that at least provide interesting comments.

I think Randle would take off with Dame and Billups as his support system. Not sure the Knicks would want CJ? Knicks were connected to Norm though and I think it was Fischer that said he was a Thibs style player. Powell and Nance?

Nah bro. Some of us want to win a title. I'm not saying we couldn't get there with Dame. But, it is impossible as currently constructed. Unless Cronin pulls magic out of his ass there is zero chance we compete with Golden State. Especially.if we sneak into the playoffs this year.

Why would we want Harris and why would the Sixers trade him if they are losing Simmons? I see you are giving them Covington and also Nance (why both?!?) and leaving us once again very thin in the front court. I don't see how this makes much sense for us actually and I'm a huge Simmons fan.

Earlier rumor was that they wanted to dump Harris' contract along with Simmons. That's a huge amount of $$$, and this is basically the only trade that will match salaries.

I don't even dislike you. There legit like two guys plus Natt and really my SOLE gripe with him is the endless Simmons bashing. People who bully others, get personal or otherwise are lame are who usually frustrate me. I don't mind opinions I disagree with as long as they are couched in some sort of argument and aren't repeated ad nauseum for like 4 months straight. I got a lot going on right now and that post just pushed me over the edge. I also did quite seriously read it as Jeffrey Dahmer. I'm still kinda weirded out by that lol. I am sure it's due to that meme, but damn.

The problem is you think I’ve bashed Simmons for four months nonstop when I haven’t. And I HAVE stated reasons why. Maybe you are clumping all the Simmons bashers together and thinking it’s just me. If they get Ben I hope for the best. He’s a great player. He’s just TO ME totally unlikeable. I like him as much as you like me.
 
I listened to the full Morey interview. Basically, he wants a top 40 player with a good young player that is on the level of Maxey. Nassir Little fits the bill. But if I was Portland, I would just use Nance or Roco to get that young piece to package with CJ with whatever else. You can even use Norman Powell to get you more assets to package with CJ and Roco or Nance.

He did say that this almost certainly needed to be a multiple-team deal. Indi with Sabonis and Kings with Fox are the ones in the conversation.
 
Lakers trade Westbrook and Talen Horton-Tucker to the Knicks for Kemba Walker, Evan Fournier, Nerlens Noel and Alec Burks?
