raptors supposedly offering calderon/ed davis for rudy gay. that would be some serious talent off the bench for the griz. also it would be funny if bayless ended up back in toronto.

That would be amazing for the Grizzlies, although they'd need to somehow work in a somewhat decent wing into the deal, because they've completely depleted their perimeter depth with recent trades.

I wouldn't be quick to jump on any Grizz trade rumors at the moment though. Management seems pretty okay with their current cap situation, and let's be honest, that's really their first priority with a cash-strapped owner. Gay has been rumored to have been traded to half the teams in the league, and yet he still wears a Memphis uniform... (unfortunately).

But Bogut can do more than just catch and finish. He and Lee are two of the best passing bigs in the league, and they already have chemistry.

Marc and Z-Bo part II.

Looks like there's a good chance we'll see ya'll in the first round of the playoffs, and honestly, most Grizz fans are okay with that. The sentiment is that we'd rather be a in a 4/5 match-up against the Warriors than a 3/6 match-up against the Nuggets.

Unfortunately for GS, it looks like they'll get one of these teams, both of whom have given them fits. The games should be completely different with Bogut though. A big reason they struggle is because those teams have massive C's and great rebounding 4's. Bogut can handle Gasol and McGee/Koufos.

It sounds nuts, but I might rather play the Clippers than either of them. Warriors are 3-1 against them thus far.

Fast break points

Houston > 26

Utah > 2

Their bench had like 60 points. ALL thirteen available players scored at least 3 points. Most of their starters only played 26 minutes. If we had a bench of just half that. *sigh*

Jesus the Cavs are fugging depressing. Warriors fielding an all rookie-soph lineup of Charles Jenkins (2nd round pick), Kent Bazemore (UDFA), Klay Thompson (11th overall), Draymond Green (2nd round pick) and Festus Ezeli (31st overall pick) and they're still outplaying Cleveland's regular rotation minus Varejao. The Decision part deaux is coming up once Kyrie's rookie deal ends.

Warriors incredibly hot without Curry, Bogut, Landry, and Harrison Barnes tonight.

He'll be restricted though. I doubt he goes anywhere.

Andre Drummond becomes youngest player ever to get 18 pts and 18 rebs off the bench.

The cavs will be fine, one old iron man oden signs with them

Interesting how some people are saying the Lakers are now "back on track".

Yeah, they beat the Thunder, but they also beat the Jazz...at home...and the Hornets (barely) at home.

If they have a strong record in their (starting tonight) 7 game road trip, then they might be "back on track".

All those good wins are at home. They still have a 6 game road losing streak. If they are anything worse than 4-3 on this road trip, they are toast. Until they can show they will win on the road is when I will be worried.

You can just watch them and it "looks" like they are playing better though. That is a start. I still think it is going to be tough for them but I can see that they are starting to get on the right track.

How do you go 4-3 on a 6 game trip? :)

Memphis and Toronto pushing closer on deal to send Rudy Gay to the Raptors, sources tell Y! Sports. Raps would part with Calderon and Davis.

TOR just loves getting chuckers on their team!

Wow that's a really good pick up for Memphis actually... They need shooters badly and Calderon is one of the deadliest. I would definitely not want to meet Memphis in the first round.

I'm sad to say it, but the Lakers have found some Magic, as in Magic Bryant and they are building a lot of confidence. Yes, they were at home but they've established an identity. I hope they completely fail this road trip but I fear they may go 5-2 or even 6-1 and that would be disastrous for our playoff chances.

Portland looked really awesome against the Heat and then laid an egg the next few games.

Including HOME games against the Cavs, Wizards and Bucks.

3 games does not save a season.

It's not that they won the three games but HOW they won the three games. We barely beat the Heat after playing poorly all game long. The Lakers are starting to play up to their potential which, with their roster, is high. I hope they lose (I'll be at Hooters rooting against them) but I'm worried.

If you really wanted them to lose, you'd be AT the game rooting FOR them.

Amen! Sometimes I wish he would just suck it up and buy season tickets for the lakers and attend every home game wearing a Kobe jersey.

they also played 3 home games, one against a crappy New Orleans team, and another against a reeling Utah team.

Again, winning home games doesn't mean their season is saved.

They have a 7 game road trip coming up. After that road trip will be a better time to evaluate if there finally playing well together or they should blow the damn thing up and trade Dwight.
