I can understand Dragic wanting to get in on the ground floor with the Knicks or Lakers and be the foundation as they build a winner. Neither team has a good PG so he would instantly be the starter and not have to worry about other PGs taking his minutes like in Phoenix. New York and LA are great cities and working with Phil Jackson in NYC and playing at MSG would be fun. They'll be able to add a couple other good players and could easily make playoffs in East next season.

Hasnt he done that in Houston and Phoenix, before getting taken over there too? He seems to always start on the ground floor, then they don't go anywhere, and he has to move.

What I find odd is a player who started at the start of the year and looked pretty good can't now get off the bench. Then I look at a player like TROB who is being rumored in some of theses deals. He isn't playing either. I think it kind exposes which two are on the block.

Teams will pay him this summer. He's got a ton of raw talent. He just needs to be on a team that lacks a PF and they give him good burn. T. Rob is one of those type of players that gives a ton of energy and can rebound. I would think a team with a decent center would love to bring him in. Houston should have kept him because he would be perfect in their situation.
