Or they’re like a 14 year old kid who is plucked from the stands to pitch for the Cubs.At baseball games, if an opposing player hits a home run into the stands, some gas chant throw it back at the person who retrieves the ball. And cheer if that happens. Whereupon the thrower back is ejected.
Lol. Talks about how out of line Geno was... As Geno is being proven right...
Her delusional fans are whining about how mean and tough the league is as Clark has been inconsistent and inefficient.
But again, the reality is that she needs to improve her handle and rely less on her physicality in this much more physical league.
She's a good player who can take over games. But she also leads the league in open possessions.
She didn't come in is far and away the best player in the league. AND THAT'S FINE
Geno was right. Her delusional fans were wrong. CC needs to adjust her game to earn the respect of her peers.
And I'm sure she will at some point.
They call more flagrant fouls that benefit her than they call for anybody else. They are protecting her.Dude there's a difference between being physical and outright trying to hurt someone. The Pistons went out of their way to try to hurt Michael Jordan in the playoffs.
It doesn't make any sense that the W doesn't protect CC. The NBA sure as shit protects their superstars. Whether you think she's the best player in the league or not, the fans love her. She has elevated the league. It's flat out moronic to keep putting her at risk.
They call more flagrant fouls that benefit her than anybody else. They are protecting her.
Are you talking about the one after she was poked in the eye? If so, I see that kind of thing all the time with no ejections.Flagrants don't do shit. They should be ejecting players. That one clip where the girl rushes in and checks her to the ground should have been an ejection. That's an extremely dangerous thing to do to someone. If you have your back turned to me and I run in at full speed and check you, you could get seriously hurt.

No, it will not. The League was trending up before Caitlin Clark. What is happening to Caitlin Clark is exactly what everybody said was going to happen. You keep going into her game and none of that matters. The reality is that she IS the face of the league. It doesn't matter if there are better players. She has brought a shit ton of fans to the league. And this ridiculous jealousy that the older players have for her is both stupid and actually hurting the future of the league. Sophie Cunningham even said it. When she was on Phoenix her teammates openly talked about wanting to hurt her. Without CC, the league will fall back into obscurity.
I am 100% on board with getting quality refereeing across the board in the WNBA.WNBA players and coaches across the league are complaining about bad refereeing. All refs go through same pipeline but since NBA are paid more than twice as much they get the best. WNBA refs are paid less than NCAA so they really are bottom of the pile.

They should not change the league to make it easier for Caitlin Clark. That would be bullshit. Without Caitlin Clark there would be a drop off initially, But the league would continue to grow as it has already.
Defenses are guarding her the way they are because of the way she plays. She is bringing it on herself.
I don't fucking care about her ignorant fans showing up to watch her and bitch about how mean every other team in the league is. I don't care to watch a circus. I want to watch basketball. No other star brings fans to the arenas like CC.
In that video he showed it. She sells out arenas. The Fever averaged 5,000 more people in attendance than the champion Liberty last season.

They averaged more fans than some of the pro men's teams LOL

She has the most jerseys sold. Since she joined the league their merch sales have gone through the roof.

SHE HAS THE SECOND MOST JERSEYS SOLD OF ANY BASKETBALL PLAYER.

Better LeBron. Better than Tatum. Better than Edwards. Like holy shit dude..... The women in that league need to WAKE THE FUCK UP.
Because it's fucking moronic. If you want the league to grow and continue to make more money SO THE OTHER WOMEN CAN MAKE MORE MONEY, you need to prevent Clark from constantly getting hurt. I'm not saying don't call fouls. I'm saying come down hard on people who do this ridiculous hard foul shit. Toss em out. Fine them. And the fines have to hurt. Sophie said the fine was like a few hundred dollars. It's a joke. If Clark gets seriously hurt, or decides to leave the league, they are fucked. Period. End of story.I don't fucking care about her ignorant fans showing up to watch her and bitch about how mean every other team in the league is. I don't care to watch a circus. I want to watch basketball.
I have no problem with Caitlin Clark, I have a huge problem with this idea that the league needs to call games differently for her.
*Edit* Or that the other players should somehow treat her like she walks on water and just let her score? Give me a fucking break. That's insanity.
When has Caitlin Clark been injured from a foul? I'm sorry but this is a false narrative.Because it's fucking moronic. Once again, I am fine with improving officiating across the board. It's not about being hurt. It's about the threat of being hurt. That shit is cumulative. Jordan's body was beat to shit after that series with the Pistons. You don't see how that foul on her against Connecticut could have seriously hurt her?
Once again, I am fine with improving officiating across the board.
I don't think that's going to happen quickly, if it happens at all.
I would much prefer that it stays the same as it is rather than calling the game differently for different players.
It is the responsibility of the players to adjust to the physicality of the game and the way the game is being officiated, not the responsibility of the league to force the officials to call the game differently for specific players.
Need an over/under parlay on a fourth one hitting the court.
Is that where they get em? I would not know? Why not just buy one from Amazon?
Why not just buy one from Amazon?
Was not gonna go there....That's where I got the collection of them for Mrs HCP.
Only the first oneSo it's The Mrs HCP that's throwing them on the courts?
