To Knicks:  Harkless, Leonard, 3 non-guaranteed contracts (Long might have some potential), rights to Hartenstein, Houston 1st '20 pick.
Houston 2nd '18 pick
To Portland:  Anderson, Ariza, Onuakau,
Portland gets out of the remaining balance of Crabbe's contract  (Nicholson) and moves Meyers - but have to take on Anderson  (who is MUCH more productive)
