There is a long discussion somewhere in the middle about you. I would read the whole thing if I was in your shoes. I definitely wouldn't let those kind of things go without some kind of response. Just a heads up.

Phoenix was a team I thought could be interested in Leonard. Connections with Triano and Watson. Chandler isn't a long term solution and Len isn't irreplaceable either.

It looks now the Suns and the New Orleans are the two teams trying to get involved in that trade rumor.
 
Let me review. No time for that, let me sum up:

NY wants to trade Melo
Houston wants to trade for Melo
Houston has to send out salary, so they either have to send out Anderson or multiple rotation players
Anderson makes a lot of $$$, no one wants him for that without additional incentives (draft picks)
NY wants young players
1 player they like is Harkless, who is from NY
Olshey doesn't really want Anderson and values Harkless.

So....
They are looking for a 4th team to take Anderson.
Pels says we have horrible contracts we'll give up for Anderson.
No one wants Pels crap.

Sir, we are at an impasse - not at the "2-yard line."

Push comes to shove I think Houston will trade Gordon and Ariza instead of Anderson. Morey isn't going to pass on Anthony for those two.
 
We will see I am not going to loose any sleep over it. It just seems like some these GMs thanks when they snap there fingers that other suppose to help them. So I am kind of hoping that this trade dies around Morey feet.
 
I thought Ryan Anderson was older. He will be 29, 30, 31 for the remainder of his contract.
Not as bad as I thought.
