That's true with swanigan, Portland fans always have lived guys who hustle and don't give up. Wesley Matthews being one. Remember the Marcus camby chants? The infamous camby back tips. Ed Davis when he came here though he kinda regressed. Nurkic. Portland fans really recognize these guys hard work and that's why we hate guys like Felton and even Meyers was getting boos towards the end of this past season
 
Will maybe Melo just want to win and get into the playoffs. He might consider us. But I think he wants to play with his buddy's though. He might say I will go play for the Blazers for year and then opt out and go play for Houston.

Another good thing right now he properly waive his trade clause to any team he thinks going to be a playoff team. Just to get out of the Knicks organization,

But he loves living in NYC. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think he'd push for a trade unless it was to Houston or Cleveland.

Love seeing Olshey turn the “leverage” dial up. They have the least to lose and should be paid a premium for involvement.
