Do they talk about the rumored deal, or are you just doing normal BGD type stuff?

I think it's actually against the rules to trade him to BRK for a year. Then the no trade clause to all other teamsBecause we matched BRK's offer sheet to retain Crabbe, he automatically had a no trade clause that allowed him to veto any trade to any team (not just BRK) for 1 year from the date of the BRK offer.
It wasn't built into the offer sheet (like the 15% trade kicker). It's part of the CBA and applies to any RFA whose team matches an offer sheet from another team.

For 1 year from the date the Offer is matched Crabbe has a no-trade clause and would have to approve the destination before he can be moved.Only if he is sent to Brooklyn. Crabbe can be traded to any one of the other 28 teams today.

I would be ok with a trade like this. One of the Knicks forum had a rumor that they'd get Turner + Harkless + 1st (from Houston).
If that's the case, I'd be OK with this trade:

I'll give you one guess . . .Any particular reason you posted that in this thread? What does Monty Williams have to do with any potential POR/HOU/NYK trade?
BNM
It's Schroedinger's trade. It's both bad and good until the trade collapses.I wish this trade would just get done whether it involves the Blazers or not.
Because he's untradeable, or untouchable?

Because if Harkless goes, he is first in line to replace him in the starting lineup.
This kind of joke is too highbrow for a place like this. I mean a freakin' dog moderates the place.
Agreed. And some scenarios have us getting Ariza, in which case the pecking order at SF is:Oh god no!!!! A starting line up of Dame, C.J., Crabbe and Ryan Anderson would be the worst defense in the league, and it wouldn't be close. If this trade goes through, I'd start either Turner or Aminu ahead of Crabbe at SF.

You're thinking of PavlovI didn't know Schroedinger had a dog. I thought he was more of a cat person.

I really don't want Harkless to be traded.
He's finally turning into an Ariza-like 3-D wing - who should be our staring SF for the next decade.

It's meant that we don't really know the details of the trade therefore it might be good or it might be bad.Funny.
I disagree that it's a good trade though.
If it doesn't happen by tonight than I say Melo got cold feet. Or one team can come to an agreement on players involved. No trades take this long unless somebody is dragging their feet.
