Trump's game: "minimize institutions which hold him accountable" - (Dean Baquet) NY Times editor in chief...

Found this ion twitter: who is to blame for Oscars best picture snafu:

Since these are the people who spent the last eight years drooling over President PopStar MESSiah, it's surprising that they didn't blame it on a racist sexist George Bush YouTube video hacked by the Russians and re-tweeted by Donald Trump.

I can just see too well: Donald swoops in with his "I told you so" Tweets. I think if the job of Superman was open, he'd apply for it.

I watched a Mexican TV station last night, with numerous journalists tearing the shit out of Trump's Border Wall. The Padres must of laughed hysterically non-stop for ten minutes. When one stated, "someone needs to open his head and see what's inside, because he wasn't told, and doesn't know 40% us got here on airplanes".... I don't know that to be a fact or fiction. Some would quickly jump to claim fiction simply based on the low low income of the mexican populace; yet some thought is required, albeit the pctg's variance in reality regardless, airplanes and future illegal re-entry will still present a problem. Whatever is done, the mexican's who have nothing to lose but their lives, and have no problem giving their lives for american freedom, is not a deterrent enough to ever stem the tidal flows.
You guys are 100% accurate. Trump reacts but does not plan as this countries' administrator. He knows about the art of the deal but is clueless about criticism and opinion. He runs the country hap hazard and unlike any president in the modern era. Temp Excited To Begin First Day As Secretary Of Agriculture

NEWS IN BRIEF January 23, 2017
Vol 53 Issue 03 Politics · Politicians · Government

WASHINGTON—Saying his new role seemed “way more interesting” than his usual menial office gigs, temp worker Jon Barder told reporters Monday that he was really looking forward to starting his first day as secretary of agriculture. “All I really know from the ad is that I’m in charge of farming for the entire country or something,” said Barder, 22, who will oversee the approximately $140 billion executive department for the duration of his five-day assignment. “But I sure can’t complain about $14 an hour, especially since it looks like no one’s going to be looking over my shoulder and I can just text or whatever. I mean, if it goes well, maybe it’ll turn into a longer-term thing, though I can’t imagine anyone doing this for more than a few months.” At press time, Barder was loitering outside the White House in search of someone to sign his time sheet.
Quick... Lets tell him to terminate soy lecithin and replace with sunflower lecithin. The Russian as well as others actually do not permit SL to be used as that product can cause cancer.

Trump's game: "minimize institutions which hold him accountable" - (Dean Baquet) NY Times editor in chief...

Spoken by an institution that selectively holds Rs "accountable" whole not Ds.

This is the perception of the game by an overly emotional liberal who only sees his own strategies. This game in fact is what the left does constantly. However, my theory is that this isn't Trumps game. He is in fact waging total war on the media as per campaign promises to his base. What would make this brilliant is if he told Fox, less gush and more critique.

Thanks Tote, my bad; as- here I thought he had already told his compadres at Fox off too. Guess Hannity's man-crush will survive the times, (chuckling) no harm no foul...

no doubt a nuke for Ds, and deservedly so. I'd just like to see Trump become a helluva lot more Diplomatic, in lieu of Dramatic... 2-Ds....

I've got to steal one of hammers pic's-

"whooops there it is-", bad cliche to use on my part, never liked rapcrap, or its cousins....

disclaimer: I mean no one harm or foul, not on this board, ... owok- just busting chops for the hell of it....yeap, I'm bored, yeah buddy....~!~ Maybe it's time to take up Wingsuit flying, or go back to work....? Tuff choices...

You know, there is this impression that presidents have to be diplomats. I can attest to statements make by my father when he was in the secret service stationed at the Oval Office ante room, president on the phone with world leaders was anything but diplomatic. Dad said swearing was common, including f bombs. Before he died, he liked Trump because he saw him as a guy that would do the job behind the scenes even if he didn't sound polished on TV. I wish he was alive to see this and to get his take on the last month.

...one of the main jobs of the POTUS is to unite this country...not simply cater only to his followers. But this country is now more divided than ever and and has been for awhile...and I'm sorry but IMO, trying to mute certain parts of the media and being uninformed on issues and making ill advised/incorrect statements while continuing to woo his Twitter followers is not the way to go about doing that.

...every President in our history has had to deal with negative press but none of them have ever behaved like Trump is behaving and different points of view must not be arbitrarily muted just because he or we may disagree with them and it's not like the liberal press is making things up, but instead they are simply expressing their slant on things as they see it, and conversely, the conservative news outlets do the very same thing ...that's the way it's always been and the way it should be.

...His first month has been anything but impressive and Trump still has a lot to learn and...and a long way to go before I acknowledge him as a good leader.

No doubt, when Diplomacy fails, there is an entirely different world and way of getting things done, behind closed doors, no pun. Seriously, I get it, but what I should of clarified, is: the public, the press NEED to see Diplomacy first and foremost. Foreigners need to see the same out of the highest office in our land. It's good PR....

I'm sure you know what I mean too. I for one never exploded in rage on a high bay floor, or around an AC, but yep, I did blow my stack on more than one occasion(s) behind closed air tight sound proofed doors/walls**. Hell, I've even had nuclear meltdowns behind closed doors, but never in front of an audience, or meeting, tho' some of us came close to blowing up meetings, especially IPT's...
But, Diplomacy first and foremost, always....!

otherwise, the world, press, and nation, (fk the press for now); need reassurance we didn't elect a Dictator. Ease their worried fever brows..... ~!~

** needless to say, I expected the same diplomacy from those who worked for me as well. As much, I expected the same out of those I interfaced with, and there will always be exceptions to this rule, but that doesn't make it right, ie exploding in public forums, or working forums....

could these dudes of used a bit of diplomacy?? Nah, it would of done no good talking to a TV, or listening to one, simply change the channel you fkng morons, if it disturbs you that much, bwaaahaaahaaaa. Better yet, these guys need Anger Management....~!~

ah shit, let me try another source....

these dude's could use a course in diplomacy and anger management, shit they could use a course in growing up...

Never have I seen an era, less the early 60's when rage was the norm, from both sides of the fence, liberal or conservative...

now this is an acceptable form of diplomacy, imo, considering the situation

...last night's speech marked the first time Trump has even remotely acted "Presidential"...maybe he's finally catching on.
If he offered methods and details I would say he is a Presidential Leader. At this point he is a campaign master. 67432505.jpg

Nancy Pelosi is braindead and has been for awhile. The fact the dems keep electing this moron their leader says it will be awhile before they are relevant again. As for schmucky schumer when everything that happens becomes a demand for that person to resign and everything is no its easy to tune an imbecile like that out. Fabulous speech by trump tuesday

...Nancy Pelosi's paranoia is really getting old;

https://www.rt.com/usa/379137-pelosi-sessions-resign/

Pelosi, imo, has been the single most moron in congress, followed by Harry Reid, and Diane Feinstein....2 from Caly, figures, fkng idiots who only represent the far left, so far left we will have to re-define liberal.....

personally, I like Tote's classic Iconic moniker: (which first was noted in its classiest form during the 2015 Playoffs in Frisco): - when talking about "libtards in kayaks in McCovey's cove; while betting on the "Great White Sharks" to take them out of the cove and playoffs. I take no offense with such a statement. Without direct implications, puns, or derogatory notions to those individuals; ie special education school kids, who are mentally challenged have special needs.

My wife Kim, spent the better part of 25 years as a Special Ed. Teacher. I for one, her for two, do not take offense to what has become a "politically correct-incorrect" issue. I never cared for the limiting bs of political correctness, especially when a moniker is used to define politicians in lieu of school children. Under these pretexts, I for one see no harm no foul with the use of the word Libtard, it fits, and I for one am going to continue using the term, with no intent or harm, or foul to those who are less fortunate. Imo, "Libtard is not applicable to those who truly are challenged, God bless their souls. I think most of us have had life experiences with helping those kids, adults who have legit special needs.

I had 2 kids on my LL Team who were in Kim's Special Ed classes, and both made hellacious thunder alley specialists on the baseball field. I was told by Teachers that I'd have my hands full with these two kids alone, enough I wouldn't be able to handle a Team's discipline enough to create teamwork. Boy were they ever very very wrong. Two years without one single loss, and without once mentioning the word "win".

"The diamond is a stage for idols they one day hope to emulate". No harm no foul, no pun intended.

Hate to say it, but fk politcal correctness, we will leave that up to lib-tard Bill Maher....

^^^lol...point taken.
Can't recall a SOTU address that got into operational details...It's a platitude listing event minus the forward looking statement disclaimers Trump used to have to deal with, lol!

Pelosi: It costs US taxpayers $81,000 for her to travel from Cali to DC. Another minor reason we don't like her company. Overall she is the female version of retire Sen.Boehner

Not sure what the big surprise here is, Putin never liked the Clinton's and influencing other countries elections is what the Ruskies have been doing since before you were born. "Influence" isn't rigging or tampering or forging. It's not much more that say Hollywood telling people vote Hillary because Trump is Hitler. Besides, outside of Fox, no other media outlet covered the Podesta emails.

Meh, more Democrat bullshit because they can't handle not getting their way.

At this point we need 5 parties, A psychological examination of all candidates by an independent source, Dismissal of their conflicts, no tweeting, no personal emailing and a promise or impeachment

First? You're kidding....Then that should tell you something about the biased news feeds you consume. Pelosi has lost g refused to fly commercial, using her status to fly private jets.

...1. don't presume to know which news sources I read because you really have no clue as to what I do or what I read. Furthermore, I choose not to be myopic and so I read many outlets in order to hear from both sides of the aisle to form a more rounded opinion about things. I also find it laughably hypocritical that you view news outlets who tend to favor the left as as the only ones who are "biased" in their reporting.

...2. I already knew Pelosi traveled in private jets...I just was not aware of how much it costs.

...3. all better now?
