Did anyone see her completely lie to the coal miner who confronted her in West Virginia about putting them out of business? She lies and panders to whatever audience she happens to be in front of that day. It's absolutely sickening how vile this woman is.

...said it many times, it's hard for me to believe that in this whole country the best we have to offer and choose from is Hillary, Sanders, Trump, Cruz, and Kasich.

...in all honesty, if Derek Sanderson Jeter were running, he'd get my vote instead.

Where's Gary Cooper when you need him?

I've been saying the same for a while now Ron, I really think its pathetic that what we currently have is the BEST we have to run this country. GOD HELP US!

Trump can get majority in IN, sweep NJ and still need 130 or so of 171 in CA.

Going to a contested convention, especially after rules committee does their thing.

Trump is going to win West Virginia and Oregon as well. I appreciate you position but at some point reality is what it is.

When all the smoke clears it'll be Trump & Clinton.

At the end of the day the GOP will lose more than they will gain with Trump and they will punt him.

1. Tax returns & financial disclosures
2. Fraud charges and court cases
3. Negatives with women & minorities

Still don't think he gets 1237, but if he does, he's not getting 1237 votes on the first ballot. Cruz delegates will control rules committee and can block his nomination.

Don't quite know what your not seeing. Besides the 3 states you named their are 6 more that trump will get delegates in. On the first ballot trump will have something like 1300 to 1400 delegates. After tonight , the gop will put immense pressure on cruz who has no chance to cease and desist and his support from people who don't want to back a loser will dwindle. Cruz is delirious but even that state will have its limits. And to clinch matters his "running mate" (perfect choice to unveil in indiana with her rep of outsourcing jobs there) duplicated a painful gop memory of dole falling off the stage by also falling off the stage yesterday. Cruz standing nearby just continued to shake hands.

Don't know what you're not seeing. Rules committee leadership is already saying delegates may vote their conscience. By that count, Trump will be lucky to get 600 votes on the first ballot.

You have to give it up man. It was a race and for all intents and purposes it appears Cruz isn't going to be the winner. Switching the narrative to how the democratic process can be altered would do two things. Completely blow up what's left of the Republican Party and two make the point of even having a primary completely useless.

GOP is a private organization. Who is blowing up the "democratic process"?

Why have a primary if even if a guy wins you want to find a way to void that victory? I would agree if nobody reached 1237 it should be a contested convention. If a candidate reaches or surpasses that number why should they be denied? The only reason would be well the candidate we want didn't win. Then again why have primaries?

...yes, while there is no such thing as a true democracy, the US is a democratic form of government but it is still a "Republic".

...and at this point it really does not matter what the GOP does at the convention...they are still screwed.

The way it works is trump gets the delegates he won on the first ballot plus whatever unpledged delegates vote for him. They do not have the option to vote opposite what their state voted on the first ballot. The gop committee is already on eggshells as trump has shone a lot of light on the back door bullshit that goes on in these things and will tread carefully with all eyes on them. Kasich imo is running for president of ohio and cruz has a third of the states, half the delegates and millions of less votes than trump. Yeah, I'd say cruz is a shoe in. It is OVER

Sanders making it interesting but not much of a factor in the race except to keep on annoying Hillary.

Will ANYONE really be surprised at this point if it ends up being Trump & Hilary in the end.

And to that means I won't be voting, I mean hell, if the good lord wanted us to vote he would have given us candidates.

Dem polls in Indiana called it a tie. That's pretty much where they are with 20% of the vote in. Pretty good call.

Mel, you DO have good eyesight, insight and clear vision. The GOP better smarten up and realize they (and America) have been sent a gift horse in Trump who has and demonstrated an ability to draw record number of primary GOP voters and DOES have the right stuff (balls) and platform to pickup blue collar workers, Independents and "Reagan Democrats".....it hasnt changed in months. If the GOP wants to bring some states which have gone Blue the past two Prez elections into play, Trump is the horse to ride. And I wouldn't pay much attention to INDIANA exit polls which say 40-50% won't vote for Trump in Nov if he were the party nominee - Obama had similiar numbers in 2008....and most of them came "home" and voted for him in the general election. The one chance the GOP has of upsetting the usual blue wall States is an outspoken Populist, Nationist candidate who is certainly anti-left and has made bad foreign trade deals (loss of jobs) and open borders two of his main issues....and THOSE (imo) are two high profile winning issues and can potentially reach ANY potential voter with sense and is concerned about the future of this country. Anyone notice how Trump has been getting more than 50% of the total votes in the last 6-7 primary states including Indiana ...while running against TWO candidates?
Lol - the writing is on the wall
..and has been there for quite a while for those who can see.

...IMO, it doesn't really matter...the GOP is fucked...and they did this to themselves.

Seriously, what the hell is wrong with Kasich?

He hasn't had his fill of free pancakes yet. In all seriousness though it doesn't really matter at this point. That said what he says doesn't matter because his money has dried up and he's going to face huge pressure to get out of the way.

Just dropped my GOP affiliation. Going to register as a Democrat and vote for Bernie in CA.

At this point the country needs the sweet mercy of a well placed bullet. Other than that looking forward to the entertainment that is the Clinton machine destroy Trump & family.

Buy guns and ammo now. I'm off to live in a socialist country for 3 months, when I get back I'll tell you what to expect, unless you already live in CA, NY, NJ, CT or MD.
