Mostly from changing my eating habits. I eat very little red meat and I eat smaller portions as well. I also try to walk a couple miles per day.
It’s so crazy how there are so many different ways to succeed. My doctor said I need to eat MORE red meat. More protein.
 
Back home after that long trip…..hoping to get into some sort of rhythm this week before going back out on the road. Some consistent sleep at least.
 
Had two cheat meals on this roadtrip….. felt so defeated and disappointed for a couple days.
Heres the secret to losing and maintaining weight. Start jogging some and work your way up, even run walk, for at least 20 minutes a day. But heres the key to making it work, EAT to RUN, RUN to EAT. Look at food as FUEL and youn wont beat yourself up, if you cheat some. You wil burn it off if you stay with the joggers/walk routine.
