Think that whatever you eat is going to wind up draped around your body. Also, think about how great you feel when you exercise and eat healthy. Take time to look at yourself in the mirror and note the gradual improvement. Also, check your weight daily.I want to cut out sugar and bad foods but I don't feel like I have the willpower.
After my long workouts I used to flex in the mirror. That was a great feeling and motivated me to work hard the next day.
Also, I can't overemphasize how much that's going to put you in a good mood.
