You think people will really want to talk about it?

maybe, just wanted to get some fresh rookies in here for you to shit on

Championship on the horizon. Found the missing piece.

It's a really nice low-cost, low-risk move with pretty good upside. Hopefully he can be a meaningful contributor going forward.

The Blazers traded Ronnie Price for....Ronnie Price

The off-season can't get here soon enough

But even then, Maynor has better stats than Price. Just goes to show how terrible our bench is.

They've been nearly identical this year. But Maynor has a chance to heal and get back to being somewhat productive.

This is good. Maynor is an actual PG, so now we have an actual backup PG. I do wonder why his PT dropped to ZERO for the OKC when they used to like him so much. Jackson wasn't THAT good, and they didn't play him that much anyway. Was his injury that bad? Did he get a bad attitude?

I'm glad that all they gave up was rights to Printezis (who was briefly a teammate of Freeland at Unicaja, but didn't fit well) because he was never coming over anyway, and Papanikolaou is a much better (and younger) prospect, but I wonder how much Damian will miss his "mentor" Price. And Price was, at least, a pretty solid defender of PGs, whereas that's never been said of Maynor. Plus Maynor seems like a very quiet, non-leader type, and I think we need more of a Derek Fisher outspoken type.

But overall, better than nothing!

its not like maynors minutes dropped off a cliff, he was a 15mpg guy before this year, then 10mpg this year

has maynor been injured this year? he is healthy now right?

He just took his brace off last week or something. He hasn't been even close to 100% so far this season. The torn ACL was 13 months ago. I heard it takes roughly 14-18 months to fully heal.

so for Ray Felton and Kurt Thomas, #blazers end up with Papanikolou, Maynor's RFA rights, cap space & 2nd rounder. #welldone #olshey
