@Hoopguru
ive decided i need a 70”. The 55” is too small.
wanna buy it off me and ill upsize?
cost me $588.00.
Still have the box and all the wrapping and its only been used... how many Blazer games since we started the win streak? 6-7? So less than 20 hours?
I'll give you a one 4x8 sheet of plywood for the TV.

half im gest but if you decide on a 55” id contemplate it. And of course youd get an open box discount.. Ill post a link to the exact tv for you to reference.
Didn't know that. At any rate, we're Costco members. A couple of months ago, I pulled a feat that I doubt any of you ever have: I walked out of the place without buying a thing. I went there for St. Louis ribs, and they were out.
I do that all the time. In college, I used to go there just to eat samples so I wouldn't have to buy lunch.
Plus I don't like waiting in line, so I just leave my cart and come back another time if the line is long.
My costco just got self-checkout.
you know what? Nm. You dont want it. I went to Amazon to copy the link and they have already dropped the price. It was one of the best rated with thousands of reviews. But the picture did seem a little dark Nd it only has two hdmi ports and id prefer three.
Im returning it and upgrading.
But now im shopoing like you! 65-70” for me! Lol
I'm going to reduce my offer to only a 1/2 sheet of plywood.
Disregard these losers on a budget. You deserve the best @Hoopguru

Man... I wont be able to get the wife to buy in on that! Tv's are so much hard to shop for than they used to be. I'm contemplating a projector. For the barn. I just don't want to buy something else and still not be happy.
Costco, easiest returns.
There is a employee who oversees the self-checkout at the Costco we go to and he's like the soup nazi. It's hilarious. "Scan your items." "No boxes to put your stuff in until you pay."
Don't care for St. Louis ribs. Any meat lover knows the real flavor of meat comes from the part nearest the bone.Didn't know that. At any rate, we're Costco members. When eating Korean BBQ, Kalbi, it is a must to chew the meat from the bone.I love the tendons and the meat around the bone. My sister in-law, being a dentist, hates it whenever she sees me try to get every last bits of meat off the bone with my teeth.
Seriously looking into it.If you have the space, I'd go with a projector. But if you just mostly watch sports instead of shows and movies, a big screen TV where you can put it anywhere and still get good picture quality is more ideal.
I wouldn't do it because I find the picture to be a little fuzzy and I need a really sharp picture because of my poor eyesight. The picture is also a little faded. If there's any light in the room the picture will be faded. Also, the best projectors are in the $3,000 to $4,000 range while you can get a really good LED for half that amount.Seriously looking into it.
Condenser mic? In electronics an old definition of condenser is capacitor. One of my friends has a Sony short throw. Beautiful picture quality. Even the lower end ones are great. Was going to do all that for the theater/karaoke room, but used the space for the gym instead.
Btw, what's the condenser mic and preamp you have for your studio?
Condenser mics are typically used in a recording studio (or an acoustically controlled room) while dynamic mics are more used for live settings.
Sure used to be renowned for their record player needles. The best were the elliptical diamond ones.Yeah, most of that just went over my head. My wife sang locally before we got married. She recorded a few songs in a professional studio so that was how I picked on up the mics thing. We have a pair of wireless Shure 87A and a couple of Audix OM5 for karaoke.
I picked up the 77" LG CX OLED a few months back. And OH MY GOODNESS! It gets no better than this! Seriously, if you can justify the price, it's incredible.I'm in the market for a 70" - 73". Any suggestions?

Yeah, I got the hook-up from Video Only so it wasn't quite that much, but OLED comes at a price for sure.Ouchie. ~ 3 grand? No wonder you smoke that pipe.![]()

A dude I know has a really nice recording studio. Vintage tube Neumann mics and Avalon preamps. Told me his mics alone are worth 150K. Dude does it as a hobby.
