The SWAT officer who pulled the trigger is to blame. The person who called the fake incident into the police is to blame. The person who passed along the victim’s address is to blame.

Swatting is a rally fucked up thing that’s been happening in the gaming world for years luckily nobody has died until this. Wasn’t even the right address either. This kid in the interview talks about how he has no parents, obviously related to his need for attention and doing this shit. He’s detached. Definitely something mental going on. I don't know much about Twitter. But when I read articles (like in the recent sex purges, after a man would get fired), they often say that the Twitter account was deleted (they use that word) but someone saved an image, and here it is.

For example, the article I linked above said that. I copied that image from the article.
