Recent revelations that he told President Xi that he was doing the right thing putting Uighurs in concentration camps makes it extremely plausible that if Trump were a dictator who could do anything he wanted, he might do some pretty horrific things.

I still wouldn't call him Hitler, but I think he's on that spectrum of "authoritarian, likely violent" tendencies.

The problem is he can't do a lot of those things, he doesn't have the power--so we don't know if he's just "all talk and no action" or if he's "would do the action, but isn't able to."

However is there evidence that Trump himself said, use gas? Or did he say clear the park and then the officers did what thye did?

Again, he needs people to actually do the things. The machinery of government is not set up to allow one guy to kill whomever he wants or inter whomever he wants. He couldn't actually do "mad king" stuff even if he wanted to.

Those are the facts. It's been stated that the death toll was about 85% higher than it would otherwise been because of Trump's blundering. One only has to look at other countries and their death tolls per Million residents and then compare that to our highest in the world rate.
Also, I never said he did it purposely, it's more like manslaughter where he closed his eyes to what would happened and then preferred to try and pad his numbers especially with respect to the economy not having enough God given brains to know how many extra Americans he would kill.
