At this point, I would vote for a brick over Trump. That said, I want a good backup.

I think Biden has several on his list. I'd vote for any of them over Trump or Pence as it is.

Thats why this VP selection is somewhat different than other's imo, not just Joe's physical capabilities but he also has said he's one term president which would make the vp selection the democratic candidate most likely in 2024.

Man, I hope not. I'm not an EW fan. But I think he's pretty much locked in on a black woman, hopefully one under 70. There's too much geezer-hood in DC as it is.

He hasn't said he'll only serve for one term--the only thing he's said is that he won't seek re-election if his physical or mental health declines by then. Others have said he should pledge to only serve one term, but he hasn't made that pledge (nor would he or should he, IMO--promising to only serve one term would make him a lame duck President instantly if he won, which reduces his power).

Hey may resign sometime in his term and the female vp would become el prez and then select another woman as the new vp.

Doubtful that will happen though

Biden will win and serve his term and opt not to re-run next election leaving his vp to run.
