Even a couple of years ago no one cared about the Redskins and Wahoo besides us, now i see it everywhere? PC police?

People are trying to shame Dan Snyder into changing it.
I disagree with your premise though people have been giving the Redskins flak over the name for a while.
It's kind of like the feminism thing going through video games right now, no one cared for years and years, and suddenly to these people that didn't care for that time, it's the worst thing ever now.
I think there are more girls playing video games now.
I'm not a fan of the name, but i don't care about the logo. I want to see some names like the Blackskins and Whiteskins, then i wouldn't care at all.
We have joined you in your plight with our sox, isn't that enough for crying out loud?
Not until the Fighting Irish and Vikings are gone!

I think there are more girls playing video games now.
White people sure do like getting offended for other people, as long as it's mainstream.
I think it's a very small group of people, and the sports shows/talk shows/media people blow it out of proportion because it's a slow news day.
As long as it's not like "Hillsboro jigaboos" or "Wilsonville Wetbacks" or Racine RedDots, who cares.
actually, even then, who cares.
You know, the Redskins could be on that level.... but it's been around so long, maybe we're numb to it? I don't know.
read an article about this on ESPN yesterday. Basically, actual indians don't care and it's a bunch of white people behind changing the names.

"The whole issue is so silly to me," says Bob Burns, my wife's father and a bundle holder in the Blackfeet tribe. "The name just doesn't bother me much. It's an issue that shouldn't be an issue, not with all the problems we've got in this country."
And even though an Annenberg Public Policy Center poll found that 90 percent of Native Americans were not offended by the Redskins name, and even though linguists say the "redskins" word was first used by Native Americans themselves, and even though nobody on the Blackfeet side of my wife's family has ever had someone insult them with the word "redskin," it doesn't matter. There's no stopping a wave of PC-ness when it gets rolling.
