He has gotten 19 before. Close enough for a big man not considered a super star.I have never seen LA get 20 FTA's is a single game so Wiggins is off to a great start.

FTA's in one game is not an indicator of overall player quality; Travis Outlaw once shot 20 FT's as a Blazer.
Bayless was summer league MVP. Mostly by getting to the line. It did not equate to the regular season because he never got the same calls.

Cleveland needs to be careful but I would wait this out. If Golden State is set on the idea of not moving Thompson, they cant put together a better package than Golden State and that includes one without Wiggins. Bennett, Thompson and a couple #1's should suffice. And then if they are desperate, you may not need to move Bennett.
LA isn't going to be moved. They franchise has rested it's fate on he and Lillard. Let's see if it pays off.
For the record, I'd like to also point out that James Harden averaged 10.2 FTA per game in 2012/2013... and only got to 20 FTs in a game once, against Charlotte.
So, you know, there's that.

Thanks for the reference.
LA did have 19 in a game last year he also had 17, 14 and 10 twice. That is it 5 games out of 69. He had 17 games with 2 fta's or less.
I am not saying Wiggins is better than LA but watching him get 20 FTA's even in summer league is impressive. He has shown an ability to be aggressive and play hard something people were not 100% convinced of after watching him in college last year.
Wiggins already looks like a more athletic version of Demar Derozan

Lmao! Wasn't Webster the summer league MVP once?! That should tell you how telling it is for someone to try and use it for a measuring stick
... Saunders is more unqualified to run the Timberwolves than we ever imagined.

Lillard was summer league MVP and that worked out just fine.
Wiggins and Monroe vs Alridge, I am fairly certain that if Portland were to move LA for Wiggins and pieces they could get enough back to entice the Pistons to sign and trade Monroe.
Does locking up Wiggins 8 years and Monroe 4-5 yrs make more sense than gambling on LA willingly resigning next summer?
It seems like it to me.
Personally, if you could turn Aldridge and Matthews into Wiggins, Thompson and Monroe, then you would have to really consider.
You would definitely take a step back, but the potential is much great than the sum of the two parts you just sent out.
I don't think that step back would necessarily be "definite" at all. And I don't think I'd want Thompson back in that scenario anyway.
Gambling? More like playing poker. If you are going to use words like "gambling" then you need something to back up the cheesy claim.
Let's not talk about "what if Aldridge doesn't re-sign" and just talk about the intangibles like talent for talent or potential.

I totally buy that a random sports anchor from Maine got the scoop over everyone else.A trade that would send Kevin Love to the Cleveland Cavaliers is “done,” WMTW Channel 8 Portland sports anchor Travis Lee tweeted Tuesday, citing a “trusted source in the industry.” If true, this wouldn’t be completely shocking news, since Love has been connected in trade rumors with the Cavs for weeks, but it would still be a major development.

You bought that too
This doesn't make any sense, Lillard For Conley man.
Way to stay on topic, your trolling is improving.
