No. I didn't know that. We should probably keep a running spread sheet to be downloaded on everybody's feelings on Neil and Terry.
You never paid attention to who started the "I'm sick and tired of Neil Olshey thread"?

Shut him down for the rest of season and listen to offers in the offseason, it's the only logical choice for Pels.

Although I believe we have zero chance at landing AD I do wonder if this will set off a chain reaction of other teams making larger moves and that in turn allows us to get another star or near star level player that may not have been availability previously. As mentioned by others I absolutely refuse to get my hopes up that we have any shot as Davis. CJ AND Nurk is pointless. Unless you believe that attracts a 3rd star later that we probably won't be able to afford.

Also the thought of AD to LA is sickening

Once Lebron made it known he wasn't going to wait around for the young guys to get better or put up with a young coach for that matter, it was only a matter of time before they went after AD. He's not going to spend his last few peak years being surrounded by anything but the best.

Always a good possibility a team could make a surprise offer you weren't expecting them too. But he wants to go to a team that has a chance at a title in the near future. Which is why I hate LA so fucking much. Lebron literally changed the playing field for them. There's no doubt in my mind they would ever have gotten to attract Davis caliber players based on their abilities to contend with a homegrown lineup. Lebron was the perfect sale for them for where he was in his career and the fact he'd won with better teams. He could go to LA solely based on lifestyle choices and the league would follow. It might a certain amount of time, but it would happen.

Part of me thinks that this was part of the plan. Lebron shares the same agent. Boston can’t trade till the summer. I feel like some shits being forced here. Tinfoil hat on, Lebron and Paul has had this as a plan for a bit. After the shit I have seen Lebron get done as far as deals in Cleveland and how much he controls at times, I believe it. Shit, might be a matter of time before he gets to LA.

Offer everything that isn’t Lillard. Nobody is offering better than CJ + Collins and firsts (Nurk if we have to).

I really feel for Neil if that's is the case. Talk about "Shot by both sides." Here we are getting angry judging him for moves made against the rest of the league's front offices. When in reality the shit could be decided by a couple of A level players and their agent colluding to decide the fate of the Western Conference for the few years. The Blazers have to "trust the process" because it's literally the only one we have. But Lebron's camp might be making back room deals that Gilded Age politicians and businessmen would be proud of.

Yo I do not know what your deal is with me lately but dope, noted.
What?:biglaugh:

I said you're basing things off stuff you don't know and you feel... Hurt? Attacked? Dismayed?

NOP could simply wait until the summer.

Unfortunately that’s just what the small market teams end up with. The show is in LA because of the history or the city, Lebron being there. Shit, even Boston. New York even though they are terrible. Really the only two teams with the assets are Boston and the lakers but like the tweet I posted, why is his agent even putting this out? Sure looks like some Lebron and agent conjuring up this plan all along.

Lebron is one of the greatest of all time but man I’m tired of him always getting what he wants. Dame deserves a guy like AD. Shit, even seeing Paul George and how out of his mind he’s playing, I have no doubt if Pritchard gave us him, we would be contender level. It’s just tough being a small market team that nobody wants to go to for that reason. Rich get richer.
